The large house suited 4 adults and 3 young children very well, close to all the village facilities and ferry. Geoff was immediately responsive to any minor concerns we had, so our few days there went very well. The village also has a RAA charging station which was valuable for the EV we took over.

Amazing house in the most beautiful location. 2 minutes walk and you're on the beach with pelicans and dolphins with kangaroos in the garden too. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Kangaroo Island is one of my favourites places in the works and this house has to be one of the best on the island.

Absolutely loved our stay at KOKUMI! Mark and Leanne have created something truly special. The view is simply breathtaking — one of those places where photos just can’t do it justice. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest detail. The terrace is an absolute dream — perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The absolute highlight? We spotted dolphins right from the terrace — an unforgettable moment that made our stay even more magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Mark and Leanne’s warm hospitality and thoughtful touches made all the difference. Communication was smooth, friendly, and super helpful from start to finish. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing for our needs. Very well thought out house for families wanting to stay together but still have space. The surroundings were very peaceful and heaps of room for boats cars etc. Very close to town yet it was so quiet and the sunrises are amazing from the front deck. We will be recommending to friends and family and would definitely book this place again. Thank you to Tamara for the fantastic hospitality and flexibility 🙏🏻👍

I stayed here with 2 families including 3 kids. What a view! We had such a lovely holiday. The house was immaculate and had amazing facilities including everything we could possible need in the kitchen. We had thought it would be a little closer to the beach (possibly didn't read that closely in he description) but it was only a short walk away. A highlight was seeing the fairy penguins one night (bring a red torch) and finding 2 koalas in the back yard.

We had a lovely time in Cape Jervis. The house, location and view are great. It is the ideal location for a day trip to Kangaroo Island, the ferry terminal is only minutes away so that it is easy to catch the earliest and latest ferries of the day. One thing to remember is that Cape Jervis itself is only a small village and Victor Harbor where all the restaurants and tourism offers are, is about 45 minutes-drive away. The absolute highlight are the kangaroos assembling across the road in the early morning and evening.

Endroit magique, au milieu de la nature. un point d'eau juste devant la terrasse attire les animaux , surtout les kangourous mais aussi les oiseaux. on déjeune avec eux, c'est merveilleux. Le logement est spacieux et très agréable. Dave nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée pour nous présenter le logement et tous les équipements. il s'est montré très serviable et disponible en cas de besoin. C'est vraiment l'endroit où rester à Kangaaroo Island.

We had a great stay at Michael and Mandys place. My boys (4 and 6) LOVED the farm animals- a real highlight to our trip! with fresh eggs, chicken cuddles and horse pats. The house was so much bigger and better than I expected. The perfect place to relax and explore the island! We hope to be back again one day!.

Janette and Herb run a fantastic Airbnb. We stayed for 5 nights and found the place extremely comfortable and well provisioned with everything you could possibly need. Herb is a great host and gave us some local tips, and helped us out when we needed something. I strongly recommend this if you’re looking for accommodation in the area.

We loved staying at 4 Giles on KI. We stayed four nights and the house was just perfect. The space was great and has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is 5 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and other delights of Kingscote. A perfect base for exploring the wonderful Kangaroo Island. Christine was very responsive, providing excellent recommendations and check in was super easy.

Quality renovation, great location and thoughtful host. The home has a good layout with bedrooms next to each other, a central bathroom with the living, dining and kitchen near the entry of the house. Emily has the place very well equipped and we had everything we needed for the trip and the activities we did around Kangaroo Island which meant we needed a few rounds of laundry. The place is neat, comfortable and the decor is consistent and considered. Our son loved the place immediately as he was greeted with an Easter egg hunt. Grocery, cafe and restaurants are walking distance as most of them are just down the street. Thank you Emily and family for a wonderful stay, much appreciated.

Possum Ridge was a really private and peaceful retreat for our stay on Kangaroo Island. The bush surroundings were beautiful and the house very suited to our extended-family stay. We really appreciated all the facilities like TVs, BBQ, fully functioning kitchen, washing facility and many household amd pantry items available, such as kitchen items, condiments, washing and bathing needs. Plus upstairs and downstairs sitting areas which suited our multi-generation group. It was a pleasure to stay... many thanks.

The Clearwater Haven was everything described and just perfect for our young family. All facilities needed were supplied and a great BBQ. Surrounded by wildlife and a 1min walk to the beautiful Nepean Bay private beach was very convenient. The waters were very calm and ideal for the kids! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und morgens wird man von schönen Vogel Geräuschen geweckt. Abends haben uns Wallabys in der Nähe der Terrasse besucht. Wer die Natur und Ruhe mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great second floor apartment in Kingscote with a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and wharf area. The apartment is well-appointed with comfy bedding, plush towels, and fully equipped kitchen. I am a swimmer so enjoyed the public tidal pool just down the street. Lots of restaurants, although most stop serving at 8 pm. Rachel was a wonderful host, always immediately responsive. I asked her for a 3-day itinerary and she came up with the perfect itinerary based on my interests.

Stunning place in the heart of Penneshaw. Short drive from the ferry, walking distance to the pub, supermarket & local cafes. Tourist office right across the road. It was so clean & tidy, every thing was available for a wonderful stay. BBQ on the deck overlooking the beautiful water, was our favorite pastime. Ellie was super helpful with our check out & we loved our stay here.

Our 2 br unit was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to the town centre - supermarket and cafes and worked well as a base for the rest of the island. Kirsty made contact during our week's stay to make sure we had all we needed and we sure did.
