Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. Set in Simbithi, a secure eco-estate, wake up and see the sea, go to sleep hearing the waves in the distance. The unit has its own entrance and is private. I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. The Hideaway has a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge/dining area with a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or heat up snacks. It is a special space to relax and unwind. Please note there are natural rock stairs to the unit.
