Vacation rentals with a patio in Kingfield

Cute place! Alice was very accommodating with our arrival time (we didn’t arrive until about 10:30pm). Location is very peaceful and beautiful. Unit itself was clean and just like the pictures. I’d recommend arriving during the daytime because the road leading up to the house is very narrow and becomes gravel just towards the end!

Mike’s place provided the perfect ski get-away for my family of 4! Not only was the apartment spotless and well stocked with all the amenities, it was tastefully decorated and located off a private road. We were comfortable, cozy and close to the mountain! We will definitely be looking to book again during the summer months for some mountain biking!

A two-family ski vacation for a long weekend made this stay incredibly worthwhile. Perfect location with access to trails and lifts, and a super fun window seat for trail side viewing. We won’t have pets, but I could tell it would be an ideal spot for them too.

We had a great stay here for a few days of skiing in March. We especially loved that we could walk quickly across a parking lot to the Snubber lift to get right on the slopes -- and it was easy to come back for lunch breaks on the colder days. The condo was clean, the bathroom was updated, and the kitchen was small but equipped for simple meals. There was plenty of room for four adults (and one small dog!) to comfortably hang in the living room after skiing. Note that there are lots of steps up to the condo -- we didn't mind, but prepare accordingly.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very clean and with comfortable furnishings. The hosts were thoughtful on leaving amenities that would make it more comfortable. The bed was comfortable and location was perfect for us to access a ski race at Quarry Road Trails. Matthew was responsive and flexible which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Andriana's place suited my family of four perfectly. It is conveniently located almost smack dab between down town and the Quarry Road trails. It was perfect for that reason, as well as provided a nice comfortable place for us to relax, cook and sleep.

Amazing little condo, perfect for a family of four! I hope to stay there again next season!

Beautiful mountain cabin in a great location thats close to Sugarloaf and Saddleback mtn as well as atv/snowmobile trails.

This condo, conveniently on the ground floor, and was clean and inviting. The wood stove provided warmth and ambiance. The furnishings included a modern well appointed coffee bar, ski themed decorations and two comfortable couches to gather around the wood stove after a day outside of adventuring. There was a mud room for outdoor clothing and boots and the bed was comfortable. The artwork in the bedroom is a fun ski-themed print. A lovely ski weekend.

Erika’s place is quickly becoming a favorite for when we visit the area The place is spotless, roomy and has everything we need Erika is one of the best hosts we have encountered She is responsive, flexible and cares about her visitors having the best stay possible

Such a peaceful retreat! The cabin was spacious, super comfortable, and tucked away in the woods, which made it feel really private and relaxing. Loved how quiet it was - perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Would absolutely come back!

Steve's place was awesome. We had a great time utilizing all the games...darts/pool/ping pong etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and the big dining room table was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was incredible! Extremely spacious, clean, and private. Located on the back side of a farm we had our own space which was very much appreciated by our dogs who could run around the fields. Brad was so welcoming and responsive! He was flexible and friendly. We stayed to visit a family member in the hospital but will book again in the future for a vacation because the location was that beautiful.

Beautiful place to stay nearby a picturesque river and close to skiing. Michael is a communicative and accommodating host. Kingfield is a charming town. We appreciated that they had cable as well – rare for an AirBNB.

Cozy and well-appointed cabin (or 'camp') right on the water. The views out of the windows in the living/dining rooms and master bedroom upstairs were amazing. Peaceful surroundings (occasional road noise at night) but there was only one other house occupied in the subdivision when we stayed so not sure what it would be like in busier seasons. The cabin was very comfortable and the bed had an incredibly comfortable mattress. Maggie/Joshua were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. So easy to get to ski lifting the morning and could ski right to parking lot at end of the day. Owner sent details on restaurants in the area ahead of our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Diane’s place was in my husband’s words…”nicely done! I, myself, thought Diane’s place was artistically decorated with fun touch’s in every room.

Mai's place is great - this was our second time staying at the condo, and it was clean, well-stocked, well-organized, and just perfect for a couple of days skiing at Sunday River. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The trail side condo was a perfect spot for our ski weekend. We had two families with five children ranging from ages 3 to 7, and three adults. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was useful, and the space was cozy! There was plenty of room to relax, having a gas fireplace is always nice too! It was convenient to the trail and the shuttle service. Samantha was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here with out two daughters for a weekend of skiing and it was great! My 4 year old loved that she could just walk over to the lift and hop on and then ski back to the condo when she was all done. The space was great, comfortable and easy to use. I would definitely stay again

Marisela was awesome. We had a great time. The condo was a perfect location for us in relation to Sunday River. It was quiet, peaceful and everything we wanted. She gave us wonderful recommendations and was extremely responsive. We will definitely be back!

We rented the condo for Reggaefest weekend as a Christmas gift for our kids. We were able to check in at noon and then check out at noon and leave our cars parked a little late. This was great as we had skied full days and were up late, so it was nice to sleep in a bit and be able to walk back up to the village before leaving. We had an absolutely fabulous weekend made better by the fact that we could easily go back and forth between the condo and the village and skiing.
