The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. In the surrounding area there are a variety of excursion destinations such as the suspension rope bridge, the model railway in Wiehe, the Rosarium in Sangerhausen, the Kyffhäuser and the Panorama Museum in Bad Frankenhausen. The nearby Unstrut bike path invites you to explore the Unstrut Valley by bike.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut. Approximately 10 meters from the yurt is the economic part. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. Nothing is missing.
