Hurmaava Villa Mats sijaitsee Kemiönsaaressa, n. 3km päässä Taalintehtaalta meren rannalla. Kohde koostuu kolmesta rakennuksesta: päämökki 69m2, väliaitta 9m2 ja rantasauna 20m2. Päämökissä voi majoittua 4henkilöä: toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 160cm parisänky ja toisessa 2kpl 80cm sänkyjä. Väliaitassa on 2kpl 80cm sänkyjä. Rantasaunan takkahuoneesta löytyy kerrossänky ja vuodesohva. Pienet lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita erikseen pyydettäessä. Lemmikkieläimistä voidaan periä erillinen maksu.

This beautiful villa and its lovely garden and sauna quite unique combo: a countryside atmosphere yet within a walking distance to all services in the village. Kemiönsaari (Kimitoön) is Finland’s 2nd biggest island, and full of sea and lake beaches, nature paths, arts, sports, spas, and culture. A fully equipped house: welcome to just enjoy and relax, or for example to remote work or sports. Welcome! :)

Taidegalleria meren lähellä, metsän siimeksessä. Artvilla on rakennettu 1959 yksitasoinen entinen juhlahuone / seuraintalo n. 115 m2. Uudistettu ja remontoitu kokonaan 2019 omakoti-näyttelytaloksi. Kaunis metsärinnetontti merinäkymin, iso piha. Rauhallinen sijainti n. 6 km Kemiön keskusta, Strömman kanava 1 km. Villassa on kaikki mukavuudet mm. sauna, kylpyhuone, wc. Artvilla on sisutettu eri aikakausien kalustein, seinillä kuvataiteilija Carla Halstin värikylläiset ja monimuotoiset taulut.

You'll have the luxuries of modern facilities combined with old-time feeling in a small village next to its services. Renovated beach house styled house with sauna. Sleeps 7, 4 beds upstairs. 180cm high-quality double and sofa bed downstairs. Old large yard in a natural state and sunny terrace with gas grill, corner sofa group and dining table. Quiet area 2-3 km to the center and beaches. 2 granny bikes and 2 gear bikes available. You can recycle waste with us. The tenant brings sheets and towels and takes care of the final cleaning themselves. We don't live in Hanko.
