The south-west plot has 260 m of shoreline. The long, shallow sandy beach is also well suited for the little ones in the family. The direction of the property ensures magnificent sunrises and sunsets that you can enjoy on the large 60 m2 outdoor terrace. There is also a rowboat available. The cottage is located near Billnäs Ruukki, and Fiskars Ruukkikylä with its restaurants and boutiques is also within cycling distance. The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

Stay in an old barn - Trotby's inn!

Welcome to stay in the old barn in our yard! The inn has an atmospheric kitchen-living room with the basics. The washrooms have a wood stove and a water pot for the IKI stove, and a shower. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and two are upstairs. The second bedroom upstairs is a balcony. A maximum of 8 beds are available. The toilet upstairs is a freezing ECO cabin. In addition, the barn next door has an old-time outhouse. Welcome to the Trotby Inn!

Completed in summer 2024, our cottage with has car access. A Cozy cottage with a small loft and a spacious sauna, as well as a large terrace in front of the house. Good pier for boat access and a small sandy beach for swimming. You can also take a dip in the water from the pier via a swimming ladder. There is an outhouse next to the house. The sauna has very beautiful views of the beach and the sea. A very nice small and cozy archipelago cottage.

Villa Defects

A historic 19th-century stone house in the old industrial area with its own unique atmosphere. The apartment is located on the second floor of a stone house. This space has previously served as a mangle room, from which the property has taken its name. The apartment has sloping ceilings and an original brick wall to create an atmosphere. Two separate bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen make this suitable for even a larger group.
