Beatrice and the team are wonderful, the place is cosy, the view is marvellous, the bed is super comfortable, the property is in a very calm, safe and peaceful neighborhood and it is very close to the UN (which was an important factor for us). We stayed with a baby and all went marvelous, it was his perfect welcoming to Kenya! thank you Beatrice and thank you to the team. 🥰🥰🥰

Brilliant place to stay. Very responsive host. Peaceful surroundings as theyvare away from the traffic zone but still near to get to major shopping complex and expressways. We had our car and parking space was available. I would definitely recommend to families.

Iminza’s place is perfect for a short stay. It’s not the biggest place but has everything one would need before settling down in a new city. Iminza is also a great host, always responsive and quick. Would recommend the stay.

Dawn Chorus is a gem! quite surreal that such an elevated experience is possible in the middle of Nairobi. The space is well equipped with all necessities so you are comfortable. The staff and crew are attentive and eager to help. We booked the space to really disconnect from concrete jungle humdrum and it delivered just that. The sound of the river and the birds in the morning, especially the first morning was magical. You can also hear the monkeys in the trees at night making for a truly immersive forest experience. Thank you Paul and Squeaks for sharing this space with us!

This was my 3rd time staying in one of Liz’s properties and I was not disappointed. The apartment was spotless clean and I really felt right at home. Most of all, Liz is very responsive any time I’ve had to reach out in all my stays and I love that. Definitely worth the money and I cannot wait to stay here next time around. A true gem of an apartment.

Susan’s place is located very close to UNON and is convenient for anyone working there. Although there was no private entrance to the room, Susan and her husband were very nice and provided all the privacy you would need while being wonderful hosts. They also have a lovely puppy who is very friendly and had no problem getting along with mine. Overall great location in a secure area and I would highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this apartment in Nairobi! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient close to restaurants, shops, and transport, which made getting around the city easy. The host was very responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and I especially appreciated the quiet environment it was perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. We didn't meet Karimi, but she sent clear instructions and we had no trouble finding the flat. The guard, Peter, and househelp, Winnie, were both very helpful. The flat is simple but very clean and proper, with a nice balcony. Milk, bread and juice had been left which was sweet. A few small touches (lampshades, bedside tables/lamps, a coffee maker etc) would have been great, but even without it was excellent for the price. The location was fab, and we had the building essentially to ourselves, so parking (under cover) was easy.

Comfortable and spacious apartment with balcony and sight on a green environment. The host is very helpful. A minor thing is that the curtain to withhold the water of the shower to enter the other side of the bathroom is too short. This can be improved.

The location and the surroundings were great, especially traveling with a 3year old it felt safe, the guard at the gates were very thorough. The house caretakers were helpful and always there if we needed help with something. The garden was beautiful and well kept. At night the house worker came to put the electric fence on. So we were very well taken care of and Elizabeth our host was ready all the time to help, even if we had to change our arrival time. I will be coming back next year, thank you Elizabeth.

if you are looking for a place that's chill, safe and on a budget, look no further, we stayed there for a month and it was really nice. the place itself was clean spacious enough for the two of us with a nice green yard to hang out in. Jay was always responsive and very helpful, even with things not related to our accommodation. we felt like we made new friends and it was sad to leave.

The house was a 10/10, clean and comfortable, it was truly a home out of home. Pamela was amazing helping with the house cleaning. Will not change a thing about all them. Jamey's place is a very nice option for those who would like to stay in Kibera and experience this remarkable place. I was accommodated in a private one-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The place was nice and clean, with a kitchen, bathroom and a small living room. The walls have bits of artistic decoration here and there, also some furniture items like chairs and a table come from local artisans, which makes it all look mory cozy and accommodating. Patrick, my host and Jamey's friend, was helpful and welcoming. Recommended.

Classic Guesthouse is amazing! I had a team of 11 missionaries here for a week and this place was perfect for a mission team. It's cute and quirky and perfectly located in the city. Mama Grace was such a loving host and it felt like my team was staying with a favorite aunt. She made sure we had everything we needed and called to make sure our meals would be ready when we arrived from a long day of ministry. We will have another team there in 2 weeks and I plan to place my future teams there.
