Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

A 140 cm bed, an 80 cm bed and a sofa that can be slept on. Small kitchenette for simple cooking, stove, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Dining area for two people/workspace. Outdoor furniture is available. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and a toilet. Air heat pump as heating.
