A neet house equipped with almost everything you need, which is located in a quiet surroundings. That's fantastic and made me happy. If I have to say something negative. Well, all is good although I would suggest the owner to share their house rules to the traveller ASAP. I booked the room in March while I was told about extra house rule in April, which makes me a bit shocked ...(Owner has well-explained and my concerns have been resolved, and I will still rate the house as 5 stars) For example, you are expected to CLOSE windows after 10 pm as the owner is worried about noise that the traveller make will distribute others. I understand and I have confirmed that we are expexcted to be quite during 10 pm to 7 am but I have never imagined that I would be required to make the windows close. In this regard, the owner confirms that we may make the windows open if we do NOT make noises after 10 pm, so I am fine with their house rules.

我們到的時候河邊上的櫻花正是盛開，超級美麗，能在房子裏看到美景。我們離開時，是落櫻的時候，風吹時差一點點就像櫻吹雪，美的不得了。 附近有很多小商店，食店也很不錯，要去市中心開車也很方便。房子沒有店停車庫，但附近的收費停車場也不貴，一整天也不到1000日元。 房子也很乾淨，沒有多餘的雜物，地點也很易意尋找，我最喜歡就是二樓的吊椅，坐在那裏看櫻花，不用跟別人搶位置，很是舒心。

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Allowed me to drop my luggage off early and greeted me with the upmost energy. Always willing to go out their way to make sure the stay went well

Great place, not the closest one to the center of Tokyo but the surroundings are very nice. Maki is very friendly, she invited me to eat while I stayed there and the food was amazing. If I were to go back to Japan soon, I would probably go there.

Very comfortable for a group of 10 pax . Although the walk to the station can be hard ( 15mins hilly climb) but the residential area was pretty and quiet . I would recommend this accommodation if you wish to be at a less crowded area .

Location was in a a lovely, quiet neighbour. Close to delicious local food spots. Short and scenic walk to the subway stations to get to main place like Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ginza etc. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!

I have stayed in a few places in Japan and this is one of the best for me in my opinion. Just a quick minute from the station and very convenient. The amenities provided are also much appareciated. I have not much to say but just wanted to thank Rainbow for the wonderful place on top of being a very good, attentive/responsive host. Comes the opportunity I will definitely come back here! Thank you Rainbow!

After the noise and chaos of central Tokyo, it was great to unwind in Saitama. The accomodation was perfect for solo travel, and had everything that was needed (I would like to highlight the excellent laundromat nearby). The host communicated perfectly and quickly, and was very accommodating to my panicked questions. Wonderful experience altogether.

Mitsuo was super responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. The unit feels like a regular Japanese home, so it helps you feel more connected with the area you're visiting (you can't get that in a Western-style hotel). The surrounding area is very calm, there's a convenience store one block away from the apartment.

Eric è stato un ottimo host. La casa è in condizioni perfette ed è stata molto facile da raggiungere. Il quartiere in cui si trova è residenziale e molto tranquillo con tantissimi ristoranti molto buoni.
