Vacation rentals with lake access in Kichijoji Minamicho

Very nice home, and very clean. Felt right at home. Perfect location with all our destinations within a 45 minute drive. Will save this to my favorites and stay again when visiting the Tokyo area again. Very reasonably priced for a family.

A neet house equipped with almost everything you need, which is located in a quiet surroundings. That's fantastic and made me happy. If I have to say something negative. Well, all is good although I would suggest the owner to share their house rules to the traveller ASAP. I booked the room in March while I was told about extra house rule in April, which makes me a bit shocked ...(Owner has well-explained and my concerns have been resolved, and I will still rate the house as 5 stars) For example, you are expected to CLOSE windows after 10 pm as the owner is worried about noise that the traveller make will distribute others. I understand and I have confirmed that we are expexcted to be quite during 10 pm to 7 am but I have never imagined that I would be required to make the windows close. In this regard, the owner confirms that we may make the windows open if we do NOT make noises after 10 pm, so I am fine with their house rules.

Sky is a great host and instructions were easy to understand to get into our Airbnb. It’s located in quiet neighbourhood and getting to main attractions was easily accessible through train. We had a great time in Tokyo and Airbnb felt like we were right at home!

We stayed at this wonderful location for a little over a week and it was really convenient and easy getting about with great local atmosphere and vibes! Although it might not look it, the location is amazing and you can get to literally everywhere very conveniently! Will definitely look to rebook the place the next time we are in Tokyo! Thanks for all the great recommendations and flexibility with regards to the arrangement and the wonderful hospitality.

this is one of the most heartwarming trips i’ve ever had. hotaka is kind and thoughtful. u can be a getaway traveler from city and have a mentally healing experience with hotaka and friends here:) feel grateful that i can spend my new year eve with hotaka and her fam n friends

This was a cute little home to stay in. The host has taken steps to deal with the typical Japanese cold nights to ensure you can be warm and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the basic supplies and an induction cooktop. The in-suite laundry was also a bonus. My only complaint is the apparently due to Airbnb regulations in Japan, the home needs an exit sign on each floor and a lighted staircase. The means there's a large green exit sign right in the upstairs bedroom so the whole room has a green glow. And the light for the staircase is right outside the bedroom door, which has significant gaps all the way around it so some of the light leaks in, mostly onto the first bed. I just put a jacket over the exit sign to, and the staircase light didn't bother us that much. Just a warning that if you prefer a dark bedroom at night to bring an eye-mask to sleep with. Otherwise the house was comfortable and was a nice place to stay for a few days.
