From the kitchen there is an exit to the terrace, where you can sit with company or relax in a hammock chair. Also in the courtyard there is a grill with everything you need , free firewood, parking. We provide a set of disposable hygiene items, a minimum set of products. All windows have a view of the mountains, nearby river and 5 min. walk forest, two restaurants with karaoke, hookah, delicious menu.

Spacious courtyard with parking. In the courtyard you can sunbathe, there are two sunbeds, and in the courtyard you can bake and cook in the covered summer pavilion designed for this purpose. The courtyard and the terrace are decorated with flowers. Two rooms have decor lighting. On the third floor there is a common TV room,which is flooded with fireplace warmth. There are two churches in the village, a 15th-century Reformed wooden church with 4 youth towers,and a Roman and Greek Catholic Makovec style modern church.

We are located in the resort village of Polyana Svalyava district. Villa Polyana is a capital fenced two-story house in which: kitchen, fireplace hall, 4 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, terrace. In the yard there is a place for parking a car, a barbecue. 50 m from the Polyana sanatorium and the pump room "Polyana Kwasovaya". View from the house to the mountains and the stream. Near the road to the forest. Shops, abank, a New Post office in a 3-minute walk. We are always glad to welcome guests of our house !🏔
