Vacation rentals with lake access in Khuê Mỹ

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I literally went on a luxury family trip haha The view of the river was picturesque, and the interior was very luxurious like a new house. It was also snowy. It was a three-story structure, and it was a 4-bedroom, so it was very comfortable with privacy without having to blush with each other. The pool was also scary and clean, so I came to play in the water with my son and nephews. Above all, the pickup car is also luxurious, and the host also recognized all the tours, so it's the best because you feel like you're being treated like a full course.... There was nothing missing from Dyson Drying, kitchen utensils, bidets, etc., and it was the best because they lent us children's items.If you have children and are thinking of a family trip, please make a reservation unconditionally....

The place is beautiful and clean. About 10mins from the old town and easy to get grab. The nearby houses are still empty however there's a security post right in front so it felt safe. Host is super responsive and made great recommendations

Absolutely wonderful hosts who did everything to accommodate our needs. The karaoke room is an absolute blast and the elevator made it very easy to travel between the floors. The true highlight was the responsiveness and service we received.

This villa is amazing! The amenities, rooms and overall house are outstanding. Lovely on site housekeepers to help with everything and host was super responsive and helpful. Word of warning, the amazing rooms at the top, with the jacuzzis, mean a lot of stairs :-) Location is a little out of town and in between a loud bar and karaoke place. Hired scooters to get around and it was really easy to navigate and get wherever you need to go. Double glazing helps with the bar noise. Highly recommend for group stays

The place was wonderful, it was exactly as in the images at AirBnB. The host was also very prompt and responsive. All beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. If i have to be nit picky the Air conditions need to be of bigger capacity especially 2 rooms were not getting cool despite of the AC being on almost all day and all night. This is just we are being over critical. Overall the aesthetics and maintenance of the Villa is spot on. It is a perfect get aways for a family and friends. It is also very picturesque too.

I was also a little hesitant because there weren't many reviews, but there was something similar in the review, so I booked it. I was worried that it would be different from the photos as the trip approached, but it was nice that it wasn't different from the photos. I liked that there were 4 rooms, each room had a bathroom, and there were many additional toilets on the first floor. It's nice to have a double size bed in each room. There is no smell of food inside, and it is clean. I would recommend it to people around me who are planning a trip.

Thu’s place is jaw-droppingly magnificent—spotless, bright, and airy, with a design that instantly makes you feel at ease. The view of Hoi An’s beach is simply beautiful, and the space takes full advantage of it. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. We also really appreciated Thu’s responsiveness and transparency—it made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a recommended stay for anyone visiting Hoi An and Da Nang!

We loved Da Nang and enjoyed staying is Sarah's apartment. The location is great: it's right next to the beach, it's a high floor and there are plenty of local and western food restaurants nearby. We'll be back!

This was an amazing apartment right across the street from the beach. It was in a perfect location with so many great restaurants nearby and plenty of things to see and do. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was perfect to watch the sunrise. Ruby and her team were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to have a great stay. Overall, I had a great stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

It was a lovely place to stay!

We stayed for six weeks in Tim’s beautiful apartment and felt completely at home. Nothing was missing – the apartment is lovingly furnished, with a lovely balcony, a large bed, and a bathroom and toilet separated. There was an airport shuttle, and everything else we needed was also available. Whenever we had a question, Tim was always immediately there to help. We also had access to the entire resort, including sun loungers by the sea and the pools. We were even provided with extra towels for this and were able to use the shuttle service within the resort. There was always enough drinking water, and we were welcomed with soft drinks and beer. The cleaning service was impeccable every single time. All in all, our stay was outstanding, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Our thanks go to Tim, a fantastic host – we will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
