Location: Raabta is nestled in a quiet and serene part of Naukuchiatal, just far enough from the tourist bustle to feel exclusive and close enough to access all nearby attractions easily. I had booked Mahipal's property for my parents’ getaway, and they absolutely loved the experience. The place is cozy, nestled beautifully within the woods of Naukuchiatal, offering a serene and calming view that made their stay truly special. The property exudes a sense of luxury while maintaining top-notch hygiene and cleanliness. Every corner was well-maintained, and it’s evident that a lot of care goes into keeping the space immaculate. A big shoutout to the host. Mahipal was incredibly proactive, always just a call away, and very helpful throughout. His warm hospitality ensured a smooth and seamless experience for my parents from check-in to check-out. Would highly recommend this gem place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious retreat amidst nature. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and great service!

This is one of best stays I have been to , across India. 1. Food is a ten on ten, they serve local cuisine, which is absolutely worth every penny, infact leave alone the tiger sight seeing i would even go further and suggest people to just go and try out their organic food. 2. Service and hospitality is again a ten on ten, Pushpajeet Ji has a serving and humble attitude and he even goes above and beyond to help out the guests for various requests. Just go there , book the Airbnb and you will not regret it, he will also help you with the Safari and everything inside the ptr as well.

The place is a perfect example where you can feel the comfort of home. The porch is nice where you can sit and enjoy the view with home made food. The place has all the utensils you will need for cooking. Their is a grocery store, vegitable shop, medical shop at a walking distance. The bathroom is clean, spacious and modern. You don't need ac in the month of May June. If you visit when monsoon hits then it will be a heaven for you. Loved the place overall

We had an amazing experience here in the property. Perfect place to go and relax with your family and friends. The caretaker Devendra bhaiya was incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel just like home. He prepared delicious meals and ensured all our needs were taken care of with great attention. The Wi-Fi was good. The Bhimtal lake is within walking distance of 1-1.5 kms. The only issue can be the steep and narrow road to the property. Overall we had a great time at the Basalts and would highly recommend to anyone who would want to visit the property.
