Thanks to Eric who taking care of this room, he is very helpful and easy to communicate. Everything is good for the price, and would be perfect if the bathroom not smell from drained water, and one bedroom queen size is very hard mattress like sleep on rock, the king size bed is very comfortable.

I had a wonderful 4 nights in Hua Hin. Praow's condo was exactly as it's portrayed in the photos. I loved how spacious it was, and the views from the 3 balconies were spectacular, especially the sunrise on the horizon each morning. The condo had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. I would go back in a heartbeat! Praow was extremely responsive and answered my questions within 30 minutes. The pool was also very clean and close to the beach. I had such a relaxing time.

Very nice place. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean. The environment is peaceful and suitable for relaxing. The swimming pool is very nice. There is a flower garden around the pool. There is a kidsclub. The place is right next to the beach. The kids can swim and play in the sand at the beach. There is a beautiful beach club. It is a special holiday for this place. Very impressed.

Stayed a month in the apartment. This is not our first time in this condo, so everything was familiar. Very quiet, nice pool, gym. The apartment is ideal for two and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The Internet was very fast and allowed us to work from home. The washing machine was a great addition. I really liked the kitchen: it had everything you needed. I also noted a large number of stylish dishes. Probably the only thing we didn't have was a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. Since the small brush and mop were not very convenient. The host was very quick to answer questions and solve problems if they arose. Would definitely come back 😌

Very nice an comfortable house in the center of Hua Hin. There are a lot of restaurants and a family mart in walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice neighbourhood even if there is long beeping sound every morning. Its not possible to darken the large bedroom. But the host is going to fix that. For breakfast we could recommend the boulangerie Ob-Oon and the Brasserie de Paris. All in all we can absolutely recommend this location !

Well maintained villa in an ideal location. This house was perfect for our family holiday in the quiet but fun seaside resort of Hua Hin. It is very spacious and well equipped and each room has air conditioning. The gym equipment and swimming pool were a nice bonus. There are convenience stores and nice restaurants in close proximity and the beach was a five minute walk away. The main town of Hua Hin had plenty for kids to do and was only 5 minutes away by Grab/Bolt.

Dennis place was everything as described. The was My wife and me our daughter and granddaughter staying this trip. This house is perfect for family stays even without a vehicle, everything from the ocean to many food options are very much in walking distance. The house had everything you could possibly want if you choose to cook your own meals which we did 50% of the time. Even seen some monkey's in the neighborhood which was a little bit of a surprise but apparently the locals don't want you feeding them because they'll never leave. If I ever return to Hua Hin I will check to see if Dennis is still renting this space out. Highly recommended.

Awesome studio. Very conveniently located within walking distance of beaches, groceries, markets, laundry, and lots of great food. Stay has an equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals while you're staying. You're also within walking distance of the taxing services that can take you into downtown Hua Hin, and attractions farther away. I highly recommend!

What an amazing property and host! Our family of 9 stayed here for a couple weeks and it was amazing! The house is beautiful, clean and warm. The host and her husband are super kind and welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend, will be back next year!

Great property close beach and shops very supportive host

The house is in the middle of the city, but in a quiet alley near the sea. Close to cafes, restaurants. The house is clean and tidy. There is a housekeeper to welcome you. Perfect for a large group. There may be little parking and need to be taken to back out of the alley. But since the alley is not deep and there are not many cars, it is not a problem. 🙏🏻

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and friendly. The room matched the description perfectly, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo staff were always smiling and welcoming. The environment of the condo was perfect for a vacation — surrounded by tropical plants and a beautiful pool, plus a gym and parking area available for guests. The location is super convenient — the back gate leads directly to Cicada Night Market, and Tamarind Market is just a short walk away. The beach is also only a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was well-equipped, with two bathrooms, and guest bed room area had curtains and sliding doors for privacy. It’s a perfect place for families or groups of three or four to enjoy a relaxing holiday highly recommend！

What a fantastic stay in Hua Hin at Lin and Oly's place!. Truly a quiet and peaceful getaway, yet close to all of the incredible attractions in and around Hua Hin. Their guidebook covers everything, and makes it a very easy and welcoming stay. And they have everything you could possibly need for a great visit. Our favorite part was sitting out on the balconies, enjoying the nice breeze and stunning view. Pools are expansive and inviting...and the beach is now one of our favorites. We truly felt at home. Little things like live plants, and the lovely decor give it personality and warmth. A great quiet escape from Bangkok! Our stay was much too short...so we look forward to returning very soon! And extra bonus, the hosts are lovely people, which makes it all the more special to stay here!

My Resort is a great place to stay with kids, and Pavel's apartment makes it even better. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need and more — a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and even a dedicated workspace with an office chair and a monitor for your laptop. If you run into any issues during your stay, Eric (the co-host/manager) is quick to resolve them.
