Guesthouse vacation rentals in Keystone

It fit our needs perfectly. Sonya and Chris were both warm and welcoming and strived to make sure our needs were met. There was one glitch with washer/dryer but they made sure we still had the ability to use theirs. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. A pillow is often too big, these were just right. Having a granddaughter nearby, we hope it is available for future visits. A great two weeks.

The guesthouse was perfect for my trip, I was traveling alone and in town to help a family member move in to their new home. I was busy during the day and it was nice to come back to the guesthouse in the evenings. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are a few restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Everything was very clean and the space is minimally furnished with just the bare necessities for a short stay.

We felt at home-didn’t need anything extra-that had taken care of the details including every kitchen utensil/ item you would need. Ryan was great with communication and asked in advance if we had any needs. Such a peaceful property right on the river. We enjoyed the pool most afternoons-refreshing! Central location too! We will be visiting again for sure!

I stayed at Karens place for about a week while working and visiting family. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Check in very easy with the button lock box, and located nearby Walsingham park is good for walks and quiet views. Karen was really responsive with communication. Would happily stay here again. A+

What a blessing! We really loved this cute beachy nest. It was so nice how the beach, as well as, a cute little market/restaurant was within walking distance! Their communication was super fast! They came over to help me with a stove issue almost instantly! We also had a friend show up at the last minute who needed a place to stay and they were so welcoming. We will definitely be back! Dirk was an incredible host from the moment we booked. He replied quickly, sent clear check-in instructions, and even had the house ready earlier than expected. The home is located in a charming historic neighborhood that’s both central and peaceful—perfect for families. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Having a private parking spot was a huge plus. One of our favorite details was the beach chairs available for guests—small touches like that made our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would happily return to the Treehouse. Thank you, Erika and Dirk, for a lovely experience!

Perfect location in the heart of Tampa; it was close to everything we had planned. The room was clean and cute. Coffee was perfect every morning! Very worth the value!!

This is a beautiful little place in an amazing area of Tampa. Very cute decor, and everything was spotless. The a/c runs icy cold and everything works perfectly. We didn’t spend much time in the little outdoor area due to it being June in Florida, but that was very cute and cozy, as well. I saw one reviewer say the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, but this isn’t true. It’s sort of an “accordion” style door that slides open and closed, but the edge of the door does sit securely in the frame, allowing it to close just fine. I would definitely stay here again!

Went for the weekend to see Metallica and Justin’s place was the perfect spot to lay low and enjoy the weekend! It was close to everything and just a short Uber ride to the show! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The place was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in from Airbnb and I’ve stayed in a lot! Especially the bathroom which was great. Uli was very nice and proactive had everything ready to go!

My next visit to Tampa,I will definitely try to get this same Airbnb..I loved everything about it.

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay wonderful. The location is private and quiet. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. The home is spotless and has all the amenities and supplies you need for your stay. And for those that work remotely like me the wifi is fast and the router/modem is easily accessible for hard-wiring. If I come back into town this would be my go-to place.

Great host! Spent the weekend with my wife and 10 month old as a little getaway for my birthday/Father's Day. Would recommend highly with lots to do in this area and close to everything you need!
