Place was clean, parking was exceptional even with all the snow. Only issue is google maps are off by a few hundred yards and we turned in to the wrong place on our arrival. Should put a note that says when it says you have arrived to go to the next driveway on the left.

Vada was an amazing host and the space was cozy and perfect. The sauna is unbelievably nice and the antique car model collection is a very nice touch and makes the space feels like home. We’ll be back next year and will be staying with Vada again!

Second time staying here and won’t be the last! Jenn is absolutely wonderful as a host and extremely responsive. The campsite is always immaculate and all of the necessary amenities are provided. We enjoyed the sauna and cooking over the fire. Our dogs (Ellie and Jack) absolutely LOVE this place and having the freedom to be off leash. We can’t wait to be back….again ❤️

We stayed at the Solstice Cottage for a few days in February, and the place served us well. The check-in process was straightforward, and the house manual was clearly written. The place was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. We hope to stay at the Cottage again soon!

Kelly’s place was perfect for a winter visit! It’s about 20 minutes from Mt Bohemia and right across the street from Eagle Harbor Inn, where we enjoyed a meal. The house is spacious and bright, but also cozy. There are great xc ski trails about a mile down the road. The house is very well built, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Kelly was quick to respond when I had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Philip is an awesome host and the cottage was delightful. He puts a lot of attention into the details and it shows! We lacked for nothing and he was responsive to our special requests. I can’t wait to come back with my kids and put some kayaks on the bay during the late summer. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was an amazing host! We had to leave early due to a winter storm as we weren't prepared for heavy snowfall with our small vehicle. She was very kind and gave us options for a solution. The beautiful views and decor were like something out of a movie. I immediately felt at home and plan to come back when it's warmer!

Creekwood Cabin

Although this was a very short visit, because our hosts were so responsive and provided valuable information about sightseeing in the area, we were able to maximize our time to devote to the areas we most valued to explore. Tom went out of his way to provide kindling for the fire when we arrived, so that was a totally special feature of this cabin. The back yard was very dark so we could see the Northern Lights the last night of our stay.

This was our fourth winter vacation at Spyglass! What a wonderful location to experience and enjoy the Keweenaw Peninsula. We simply never get tired of watching the lake and enjoying the fireplace inside the cabin. Appreciate Cleve’s hospitality and efforts to make our stay special. Can’t wait for next year!

We really enjoyed this cottage during our winter visit to the Keweenaw. During our stay in early March there were not many people in Eagle Harbor, but there were probably 150 deer milling about, which was interesting. With only one restaurant in town (closed on Mondays), we were glad we brought plenty of food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. We found nice, groomed trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in town, and there extensive trail systems throughout the Keweenaw for those activities, as well as equipment rental companies in Calumet and Copper Harbor. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped, and the queen bed was pretty comfortable.

Such a private and relaxing location. Our last two nights we even saw the aurora over Gratiot Lake! Make sure if cloudy days are forecasted you conserve power! We had no difficulty utilizing the amenities and when we had questions Rebecca was responsive and helpful! The roads in are sand/gravel so we would recomend using a vehicle with high clearance. We had a wonderful stay here!

Sweet and comfortable Cabin. Very quiet and private. Wonderful path through the woods to hidden lake. A short walk down the rustic driveway to Lake Superior where there was lots of rock climbing and comfy places to sit. The cabin was cozy - had everything we needed. We had a couple of power outages during our stay as there was 35 mile per hour winds outside, it was crazy but fun at the same time. We kept a hot fire going to keep it warm. Leanne was very helpful during this time - it was not her fault as the entire town was out of power. We thought of it as an adventure. The beds were comfortable, in fact the bedroom upstairs was my favorite spot. Everything was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

Only thing I didn’t like about the place was the drive way a little tight to pull into with bigger trucks but it was still really nice interior could of fit 10 people if you really wanted but loved the place would 100% come back n ride boho again! This home fit our family of 4 perfectly. it was clean and had all the supplies we needed (which is saying a lot as we cooked our own dinners and breakfasts! ) The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were available. Easy to find on a quiet street just blocks away from downtown. The sauna was fun to use with thorough directions. We will definitely stay here again.

Charming Waterfront Lake House

This was first time using an Air BnB, and was quite impressed. Our stay went exactly how we planned it. The owner had good communication throughout the process. The driveway was even cleared of snow that day, which says a lot. The lake house was clean, well kept, and obvious that the owner put a lot of time and money into the home. (I am a residential contractor and know good work when I see it). I will almost indefinitely use this place again. Clean, well kept, and had every amenity that one could ask for in the Upper Peninsula, MIchigan. Highly recommended for future guests.
