The view was spectacular enough that the amenities almost didn’t matter. That being said, it was still an amazing cabin. We stayed for a week in winter/spring. And enjoyed the trails, watching the waves crash and the snow fall. The space was well appointed, with a comfy bed, workable kitchen, great sauna and nice living room. We went skiing at boho from the cabin. Only thing to lookout for is that 586 isn’t plowed, so rather than being a 20 minute drive it was about 30. Just a heads up!

Beautiful location and property. The house was clean and finished like a new home. Accommodations were excellent for our group of 6. Location and views were perfect, id love to visit in summer. Host was top notch on every level. Thank you.

In town for the Great Bear Chase and stayed here for the second straight year. Everything worked out as expected. Close to town, well equipped kitchen, plenty of sleeping spaces. Nice to have sauna access. Host is easy to reach and responsive. House rules and amenities are easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place - the location is very private, but still a short drive to Calument, Houghton & Mt Bohemia. Very clean feeling, very beautiful furniture and appliance, the cork floors are soft/luxurious & the view is incredible. Would recommend!

Danise was very friendly at check-in, she even came out to greet us. One night while we were staying with her the Northern Lights were visible and she gave us recommendations on where to go to see them. Her place was very clean and easy to get in and out of!

Wonderful place with Lake Superior access that feels secluded but is only a few mins to town. Was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

We returned to this cottage for our winter Keweenaw trip, we loved it so much the first time we stayed here last year. I love the cottage and the beautiful location, and appreciate that we can bring our dogs. The cottage is cozy, and well stocked with everything you need.

This was my second time staying here, and it was great again. unfortunately the power went out in the area, and Rick even came and checked up on us. Really appreciated that. Would defintely recommend this simple place to stay.

We stayed for a weekend ski trip to Mt Bohemia. It was a short (40 minute drive) which was perfect for decompressing after a long day on the hill. We loved the beautiful views of Lake Superior! The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us with all the kitchen amenities we needed to cook all our meals. It was warm, cozy, and very relaxing. Thank for a great stay!
