Location in the center of KB city, easy to walk around & close to viral kopitiam. kids love having a swimming pool.. clean house & lots of amenities in the house. happy to contact & really helpful. Tq for the hospitality sir :)

My family was very satisfied with the amenities provided. Beautiful compound, clean and tidy. You can rent ATV with owner to enjoy Pantai Melawi with family. Walking distance to the beach but unfortunately the beach is not manage properly by the local authority. We will definitely repeat our stay to this beautiful house! Thank you for the great hospitality.

First time booked this homestay and very satisfied. The house is comfortable, beautiful, spacious including plenty of car parking space inside and outside the house. Every space has air conditioning. Perfect for large families and relativesto gather together. Among the main reasons I chose this homestay as the room was by, the large space and maximum capacity allowed by many. There is also an additional sitting room outside, suitable for outdoor mkn2 and barbecuing. The amenities in the house are quite complete, at home. For the large size, number of rooms and equipment provided, it's worth the price. The host was welcoming and responsive. Easycheck-in and check-out. The guide given by the ckup is clear. The mosque is also close, you can walk to the mosque. Overal satisfied and highly recommended 😊👍

Overall, we had a nice stay at the house.. just need to improve on the toilet facilities, to add hook to hang towel n clothers n rack for toiletries

Nice and quiet place. Would be good if can rent a car for transportation. Otherwise Getting grab is easy too. Host very quick to respond when one of the unit air con not working and have it fix.

Clean and cozy house in affordable price. Willing to accommodate. I was shocked at first when she told me she prefers Muslim only. But she kept the communication open. I was then accepted after I promised not to bring any non halal item into the house. Anyway, we just need a place to shower and sleep for a few nights so no big deal about the non halal thing. Many kedai ikan bakar nearby. Dining out is not an issue too.

Overall very satisfied with the property. Its mention budget but for me really worth it and satisfy. I’m staying as a couple especially in Ramadhan month all the equipment kitchen utensil is fully equip and the property surrounding area is private and not too near with the main road.

Clean & comfortable house. Comfort & moderately soft mattress makes u sleep til dawn. Just regret there's no air-conditioning in the living room. Anyhow highly recommended.

The property was well taken care of. Very clean and well looked after. Requested for 12 towels and we had them when we arrived. Love the property - only thing is there is no hot water heater for shower. Amazing host and will definitely stay here again next time
