Relax from the busy everyday life in this quiet, stylish apartment, located in a wonderful pine forest by the sea. SPA services are available for a fee (swimming pool for adults, children, sauna, steam bath, exercise machines). For children, a spacious playground with the opportunity to play sports and play, a bike track, a basketball hoop, etc. There is a very good cafe in the area, where an excellent chef cooks. Shared barbecue areas are located between the houses closest to the sea, by the fence. Shop 7 km in Engure.

The beautiful, never crowded sandy beach is 800 m away, the bus stop to Riga via Jurmala is 200 m away. Groceries and restaurants are 3 km away.
