The apartment is about 500 meters from the Asbach center. All shops are within walking distance. Movie theater, go-kart track and much more.

Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

The new country house is something very special: spacious and comfortable, furnished with high quality furniture, with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Through the mainly glazed front of the house you look over the garden into the wide landscape of the Oberbergisch. The country house is built ecologically. The small lodge with two additional sleeping facilities (only suitable for sleeping on warm nights) is located on the garden slope. In the garden there is a new sauna house.

OASIS - of tranquility - in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Westerwald! Large, secluded property - forest and hiking trails - Westerwaldsteig - right in front of the door. Motorway connection A3 Neuwied/Altenkirchen (No. 36) 6 km away! It is important to note here that parties, loud shouting, etc. are not allowed here, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bachelor parties, party gatherings, etc. Our vacation home is not suitable for this.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
