Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Our cozy, modern furnished and quietly located apartment "HOME" with barrier-free access and walk-in shower is located in the state-approved resort of Steimel, by the forest and in the immediate vicinity of the Puderbacher Land cycling/hiking trail. In the village and within walking distance there is a butcher's shop with a mini-market, a doctor's office and an Italian restaurant. More stores are available in approx. 5 minutes by car. Bookable for 3 adults + 1 child.
