Vacation rentals in Kermit

We had a great stay at Erin’s place. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Even though the river side deck & fire pit had been washed away due to a very recent flood, it didn’t impact our stay at all, Erin made sure the parking area and both entrances were clean and accessible. The home itself had plenty of space to relax, with multiple living areas and all the conveniences of home, including a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and fast wifi. The location was great, close to restaurants and local attractions. Having Morrison’s Drive Inn right next door is a nice bonus! Erin was a great host, very communicative and proactive in ensuring we had a smooth stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Logan.

Curtis was a fantastic host. We spent the weekend here for my baby sister’s bachelorette weekend. It was perfect for the peaceful getaway we were wanting for the bridal party. Everything we needed was available. Very clean. Decorated so cute. The beds were super comfy. Plenty of seating for all of us. The ping pong table was a great addition to our fun. Thank you Curtis for allowing us to make the best memories at your place!!

Loved the large covered front porch with swing, gliders, & rocking chairs. Being outside was a favorite pastime because of the peaceful, quiet, private setting. The guys did a lot of fishing and caught bluegills, bass, & catfish and we enjoyed a continual campfire. We plan to stay there again.

This location was just as it was described. It was very clean and very spacious. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, and Kim was able to accommodate an early arrival. We had plenty of room for our 5 guests. The kitchen was large enough to make meals and the dining room table comfortably sat everyone for dinner and family games in the evening. The front porch had several chairs for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful views. The backyard had a gazebo, outdoor furniture, and a small grill. Due to the weather, we unfortunately were not able to use the backyard, however with the rain, we had a beautiful waterfall to listen to and watch. We had a minor issue with the heat, but with a few texts with Kim, the heat was fixed in no time. Kim was very easy to communicate with and very timely with responses. I would highly recommend this location, and look forward to another visit in the future.

Charles was first class and a wonderful host. The place was perfect. Highly recommend for ATV or any activity.

This cute amish style cabin was perfect for us. A great Italian restaurant is right across the road. Watching the river and wildlife from the patio and firepit set a perfect scene. For those with jeeps looking at trailering, There was plenty of room to park and turn around with a 20 ft trailer. There are also 2 gates in case the turn around is too tight. If we ever make it backbthis way, we will definitely stay again. They also have a few small camping sites in the same area making a group outing work as well.

We stayed at this house with a small group of friends, the home owners were super helpful and friendly during our visit. They made sure we had everything we needed. The property and surrounding areas of the home is amazing to sit and view. There was a variety of animals we were able to view just from the porch. Debrina and her husband were some of the most pleasant people to talk too. The outside dog onyx is a super sweet boy, we enjoyed him being out there. We’ll be coming back to stay again in the future.

The cabin was pristine and very secluded. We had a great time disconnecting and being with family. The porch was amazing and had a wonderful view. It has a gate on it, so it was great for our dog as well as young child without having to worry about them wandering and we could still enjoy being outside. The listing is accurate when it says “secluded”. It is pretty far out on windy country roads. I recommend getting all groceries before going driving out. There are a few campers and other cabins nearby but they did not appear to be in use while we were there. The hosts have thought through everything and had all supplies we needed. It is very close to Yatesville Lake Wildlife Management Area and public land, we enjoyed getting out to go fishing not too far from the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! We felt disconnected while still having the convenience of fast WiFi and a relaxing hot tub.
