It is in the best location, quiet (Spielstraße) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 min. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung am Rande der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

It offers you a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate underfloor heating.
