Gloria's place is definitely a bit quirky. If you're looking for something bog standard book into the Premier Inn! It's on a nice quiet road and, importantly for me travelling as a solo woman, I felt extremely safe. Everything was spotlessly clean and for a stay close to the coast in peak time it was incredible value.

From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described (if not better). The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable — with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, the bed was super comfy, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. Whether you're staying for business, a weekend getaway, or a longer break, this place is a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. The Northen Belle was a great stay, well located in walking distance from Margate Beach with a very cosy living room to relax in (including 2 TVs and ample furtniture). the kitchen was also well equipped with just what we needed for two nights' stay.

Such a beautiful little stay. Anna was so warm and welcoming and also nicely introduced herself, and gave some helpful local recommendations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, a lovely added touch of fresh milk, bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee etc. The gorgeous little private patio area is perfect and the surroundings are so nice and peaceful. Location is ideal with a 10 min walk into the town / beach. Room is definitely as described and in my opinion, looks better than pictures. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom spotless. Nicola’s lovely apartment was perfect for our small family. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. Nicola was always quick to respond, usually within 10 minutes! and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you stay in the top room, you will wake up with the most stunning view. amazing stay!!! the property is cute and cozy as i had expected. it’s perfect for 5-8 people but 8 would be a tight squeeze.

As a group of three friends and kids we had a perfect Easter mini break at Katie’s. The location was stunning and so peaceful, the house was gorgeous and perfect for 9 of us with plenty of space. As a host Katie went above and beyond, leaving some gorgeous local bubbles for us to enjoy and even putting away our online food delivery went it arrived early before we did. Highly recommend! Needed somewhere to stay for a family party. This was perfect for the five of us. Host was always responsive to any questions we asked. Very nice.

A cozy, comfortable and conveniently located in Rye. It's tempting to spend the day lounging around since one feels at home here. The town and surroundings, however, have a lot to see though.

Beautiful house in Orpington with everything you need. Calm neighbourhood; restaurants and supermarket in the centre of Orpington, thus easy to reach. Fast connections to central London with the train. Communication with Maria was easy and worked always very well. We had a really pleasant stay at Maria's place... and Prince, the cat, is a lovely companion. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sigrid's and Andre's. All as described, high quality apartment. Fully equipped, you will find there all you need for your stay and more. We have been treated with a bottle of bubbly for a start, bowl of fruits and Easter sweets. And obviously Lulu paid us a visit, our daughter loved her so much. Thank you and if we ever will be in the area we will definitely be back. Apartment is just 10 min walk from the beach, very quiet and peaceful place.

Second time we’ve stayed here due to being in prime location and the Airbnb being to a high standard of cleanliness. Anmol was once again a very helpful host and even more so as we booked it with such short notice.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

I feel at home at Carina's place. it's clean, quiet, and simple, and Carina is friendly, gives clear instructions and when convenient will offer a cup of tea. the bed is super comfortable.
