Christine was a wonderful host! She provided clear check-in instructions, great local recommendations, and was always quick to respond. Her place was cozy and comfortable for both of us and our two pups. It was well-equipped with everything you need to feel at home, close to everything, and included thoughtful touches like beer, water and snacks. Highly recommend!

Girlfriends week at Gwen’s was just what we needed. We had a comfortable and beautiful home to relax in and we were close to the sites and restaurants etc. We enjoyed exploring the Kennebunkport area. Gwen is quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison's house. She was a great host - very communicative and responsive. The place was exactly as expected from the listing description and photos. And we so appreciated the extra thoughtful touches - well stocked bathrooms, plentiful towels, milk, juice, and cream as well as coffee, cake, and snacks! A lovely surprise when we checked in. The house location is perfect. It is walkable to everything in Portsmouth. We didn't use our cars for the entire weekend. Great restaurants and shops within 5-10 minute walk. The house is very charming as well and we loved the private backyard and fire table. Can't recommend this place enough!

Even though we only stay for one night it was amazing! Loved the spaces look and coziness, the beds where pretty comfortable we went during the winter so the bedrooms got a little chilly but nothing a Mainer isn’t used too :) we loved the couch and living room it was big enough for 8 of us to fit comfortably! The beach is walking distance we had so much fun walking the beach and then coming back and enjoying our night! Over all beautiful and comfortable satay!

Booked Gregory’s place for my son’s, Ironworkers,l. They had to be in the area for a week to work on i295. The home was within perfect distance to where they were working and was super comfortable for them to come home to after a long day of construction. Area safe and conveniently located. The home was clean and exactly as Gregory listed.

Sean's place is a great place to relax and unwind, especially if you are hoping to be close to a lot of things to do but not be in a super busy part of the city. The location is ideal, and Sean kept the apartment well-stocked with cookware, clean linens, and anything else you might need. When we got some snow, Sean was very responsive and worked to help us with our needs. Definitely highly recommend!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s! She was so kind to provide a pack & play for our baby and send over a long list of family friendly restaurant recommendations. We used many of her suggestions. Very comfortable stay in a beautiful sunny home!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas, we were even allowed to bring our fur baby! The home was beautiful with all of the amenities we could hope for.

We loved staying at this home! Walkable to town and the beach, it was the perfect place for our vacation. The heated pool was unbelievable- it’s more than big enough for 4 kids to splash around and have fun even on colder days. Andrew was a super responsive host, and he gave us lots of great suggestions for places to go and things to do!

Meghan's home was a perfect place to stay for my sister's Bachelorette weekend! The home is located in a quiet community with views of the river and bay, and it was conveniently located with just a short drive into the heart of Portland. We found our stay extremely comfortable, especially on such a cold and dreary April weekend. Meghan had the hottub ready for us with matching robes for all which was a fun surprise. Check in and check out were a breeze. We even took a breakfast recommendation from the guest book (Forage Market, yum!), a tasty experience indeed. Thanks again, Meghan!

This was one of our favorite places to stay. The house was exactly as expected and very clean, felt right at home. tmThe neighborhood was quiet. The location was centralized to all our favorite places to visit while in Maine, Freeport, Portland, and Ogunquit. The town was a quick 5 minute drive. Loved this spot.

We had a great time at Eric’s property, finding it all that it was described as and more! Wonderful privacy, quiet, and “hottubbiness”!

This place was a small slice of peaceful serenity, exactly as described and pictured. It was immaculately kept, feeling brand new. The kitchen had a pleasant "pay it forward" vibe with items left by previous guests, which made it easy to contribute for future visitors. Although the house got cold on a snowy day (as others noted), one of the provided space heaters quickly warmed it to a comfortable temperature. I would definitely return for another peaceful weekend, and I imagine it would be even more amazing in the fall or summer.

Great house for large family. Lots of games and entertainment inside, and plenty of outdoor activities for both kids and adults. The covered hot tub was a big hit as well! Julie provides a great house manual with all of the necessary info, as well as recommendations and tips for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect location! We needed to disconnect from the world for a few days, this location was so peaceful and I was SO happy with the house. Absolutely gorgeous, clean, and outstanding.

Host was always available. Our code to get in did not work and I was contacted before I could reach out. A new code was given immediately. The yard was free from dog poop. I was given a refund for cleaning up after previous guest. That was the right thing do. Would definitely stay again.
