You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

We rent our apartment here on the Baltic Sea cycling trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen,shower room , hallway and living-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities Greifswald and Stralsund are nearby. Also the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic Sea beaches or be active in sports.
