The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Maastopyöräilemään, vaeltamaan tai hiihtämään pääsee suoraan mökin pihasta. Syötteen palvelut ja hiihtokeskus on vain muutaman minuutin autolla ajomatkan päässä (n. 5km). Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.
