A quiet, well appointed, comfortable, clean apartment. Just off the highway a great stop for an overnight stay to/from Helsinki.

“Wonderful stay in Maula” We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was just as described – modern, clean and very well equipped. We especially liked the breathtaking view of the Finnish countryside and the tranquility of the surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great tips for activities in the area and made us feel comfortable at all times. We would particularly like to highlight the sauna, which was a real highlight – ideal for relaxing after an active day. The location was also excellent. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights several times. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again anytime!

All in all, we had a lovely stay and could also see aurora lights. Unfortunately, the internet speed was not so good. Snowshoes and sledges were provided for this:)

Close to AMK (5min walk), which was really good for school days! A little far from other services and public transportation isn't terribly good 😄 very cozy and spacious apartment, found everything you need ☺️

I had a wonderful 2-day stay with 4 friends. The place is really peaceful, very new and with the perfect amenities to have an stress-free stay in a cabin on the riverside. It’s perfect if you are planning on spending some time in the nature while being within drivable distance from Oulu. The place is very private as well while having a wonderful riverside view. The hosts have communicated with us very clearly and made sure that everything was squeaky clean and ready for our arrival. The sauna is 100% worth it. Cherry on top was the lack of light pollution and perfect orientation of the house to see northern lights both the nights we spent here. I highly recommend this place!
