It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday resort. The property has a cottage and a beach sauna with a stunning sea view. Here on this quiet plot you can enjoy the silence. The cottage has a shower and hot water. Upstairs, there is a large double bed and mattresses. Downstairs, there's a bed and a sofa. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is not included in the price, so please clean the cottage when you leave. This way, the next guest will have a pleasant arrival at the cottage. There's well water in the cabin. There's Wi-Fi in the cottage.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The property is a great place to stay for both travelers and work crews. The property has a sheltered and large yard that can accommodate even larger cars. There's a barbecue cabin in the yard. In winter, you can even see the northern lights. The center of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus' Pajakylä 127 km. I live with my family in the same yard. The price includes linen and towels.
