The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Bed linens and towels are included. Final cleaning is not included, so please clean the cottage when you leave. The cottage will have well water from the tap.

An atmospheric, year-round cottage 1.5 kilometers from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. At the private entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price). The cottage has a TV with apps that work with the guest's own mobile data connection. With an air-source heat pump, the cottage stays cool in the summer.
