Excellent location above a large shopping centre with a big supermarket etc. Easy to get grab/gojek. Useful laundry in the basement. Communication with Farah is exceptional and the apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. One plus point is you cant hear the call for prays when the balcony doors are shut.

I would like to thank Radinda on her guest to us, the place was beautiful and comfortable, the view was great on the city I loved the place very much, it will always be my favorite destination in Jakarta.

This place was phenomenal, on the 38th floor with a great view of the city from the balcony and also an extra comfortable bed. wow. just… WOW. this place is an absolute hidden gem in the heart of central jakarta! i mean, waking up to that breathtaking city view? it felt like i was in a movie—except better, because there was no script and the vibes were vibin. the interior? think homey-meets-cozy. every corner is so well thought out and comfy, it’s impossible not to feel at home. whether you’re curling up with a book or chilling on the couch after a day in the city, the vibe is chef’s kiss. now, let’s talk about the host—an absolute star. super friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making your stay perfect. you can really feel the love and attention to detail put into the place. it’s like staying at a friend’s home (if your friend had an impeccable eye for design and a great sense of hospitality!). would i stay here again? in a heartbeat. actually… i’m already planning my next trip back.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
