Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

The small apartment in our garden is located in the center of Kelkheim Münster. The train station to RB12 is 250 m away. In the living room and bedroom there is a TV as well as a sofa bed and a seating area by the window. Next to the main room there is a small kitchen with stove, oven and microwave as well as the usual kitchen utensils. Through the kitchen you enter the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Above the living room there is a storage room via a steep staircase.

Located in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest to the Taunus with numerous hiking trails, mountain bike routes and refreshment stops. The view from all windows shows the countryside and the associated garden. Numerous excursion destinations such as Frankfurt, the Großer Feldberg, the Limes with the Saalburg, the spa towns of Wiesbaden, Bad Soden and Königstein are easily accessible. The panoramic view of Frankfurt, the Rhine-Main plain and the Taunus heights is unique.

With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili.
