Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Ryan’s place is very homy, cozy, & clean. Strategic location, near Aeon Mall BSD, The Breeze, Cisauk train station, Intermoda market, Simplicity & The Icon Cluster, Serba Raja Toll Road, and Prasetya Mulya University. Ryan is a friendly & very communicative host. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the apartment had all the amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great place to stay if you come for exhibition at ICE BSD. Really good price, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need.

We want to have a family gathering during weekend, but we’re too lazy to get out of town. So happy to found this place. Really feels like we’re in a villa somewhere, without traveling so far away. We had a good time here, kids can go swimming or playing in the garden. Lots of games we can play. Plenty of cutleries so we can cook and feed a lot of people without thinking that we don’t have enough plates. Charles himself is so helpful and responsive.

definitely will go back here again someday. your house ambiance is soo homey and clean. the wifi is also fast. my friend and i had blast staying here. thanks a lot!
