Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Romantic winegrower's house

Lovingly furnished winegrower's cottage in the wine village of Altschweier - ideal for romantic breaks. Located directly on the Ortenau wine trail, with many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Black Forest National Park is only 20 minutes away. The cottage is equipped to a high standard, in winter the pellet stove burns with a cozy flame, A seat on the winery property invites you to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. Come and stay in our old barn, completely renovated! All the comforts of a contemporary loft with the charm of the old thanks to the exposed beams and original bricks. Great for a stay with family or friends because each bedroom has its own bathroom! A covered outdoor terrace offers a real extension of the living space on the 1st floor. This property has been almost entirely furnished with local salvage, second-life or eco-friendly new materials.

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

In a typical Alsatian village in the Northern Vosges National Park, 2 rooms of 30 m2 in a quiet area. Separate entrance. Parking. No shops in the village. The nearest supermarket is 5 km away as well as the bakeries. Fully equipped kitchen opens to living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Bedroom with 140 cm bed, separated by a curtain from the living room. Bathroom with shower. Green space with lounge area, deckchair and barbecue. Pets allowed.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Studio in picturesque Alsatian village

Appartement situé au centre d'un village alsacien pittoresque à 50km de Strasbourg et 15km de Wissembourg (frontiere allemande). Idéal pour un séjour á la campagne et des escapades en ville. Gare à 800m et 3 restaurants pour déguster les spécialités alsacienne. L'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine et salle de bain privée. Les chiens sont également les bienvenus.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
