We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

During the snow, the cottage was something out of the movies! It is absolutely magical with a large yard that gets covered in snow while being surrounded by huge snow-topped mountains. The cottage itself is wonderfully equipped with everything one might need and it was a joy to stay in. The man who checked us in and out (sorry I forgot your name) was FANTASTIC and very helpful. At first, he seemed a bit aggressive in chat, but when we met him, we understood that the translation makes it seem so. In reality, he was lovely, kind, funny and very welcoming! Thank you both for the amazing stay! P.S if you are coming in snow season, please note that there are no tracks or paths for you to take a car inside. We got stuck in snow twice as everywhere was snow-covered and we fell into 2 ditches.

The place exceeded our expectations ! It’s a beautiful little cabin near Kazbegi…Alexi helped us with local recommendations and also adjusted to our late check out from her place… Overall great experience !!!

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

It’s a very cozy apartment in one of the best locations in Gudauri. The place is very quiet and the views are just incredible. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the balcony. Really enjoyed spending my evenings with a cup of tea there. German is a great host. He answered to all my questions, gave me some advices and travel tips, and was here to help me with every issue that I had. If you want to create the memories that last, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Excellent location , ski in/out to the gondola, big terrace. The host is very friendly and helpful always responding.

Alexei is a great host. we had booked the wrong date and ne was very flexible in letting change it. he helped us finding our way around and was always super responsive to our questions and requests. thank you for your grant hospitality!

Nice appointment with amazing view

Comfortable stay and one of the better priced ones in Gudauri that offered two rooms since a separate bedroom was crucial for us as we were with a baby and a kid. The block is also away from the din and clamour of blaring speakers and loud ski-doos so it’s peaceful and calm and a comfortable short walk to the Gondolas. One of the nicer restaurants in Gudauri - Hee Haw Gastro bar / is also just downstairs when we needed a break from cooking.

Otar is a great and caring host. The apartment is nice and cozy and located right on the slope. There is a ski rent right in front of the hotel.

Excellent location for both slope lovers and those who would like to enjoy being in Gudauri for views and popular cafes & bars nearby. Cute and cozy apartment just like in photos.

منزل رائع😊 حجزت غرفتين متصلتين تتسع الى 8 اشخاص ، يوجد صالة وغرفة معيشه و مطبخ في كل غرفة وحكام يوجد به شطاف للعرب 👍 ، المضيفة كانت جداً محترمه وتساعدك اذا احتجت اي شي 😊 ، ويوجد نفس البلكونه الخارجيه كبيره جداً تقدر تجلس فيها مع العائله للاستمتاع بالاجواء والمناظر👍 ، انصح فيها للعرب والخليجيين 👍، وشكراً مرةً اخرى لصاحبة السكن.

Отличное жилье для одного-двоих человек. Подъемник в паре минут ходьбы. Рядом отличный недорогой ресторан, бургерная и магазины. Рекомендую.

Потрясающее место! Мы ехали с мужем и собакой из шумного Стамбула, были 2 дня в дороге и очень хотелось отдохнуть в тихом, красивом месте И как же нам повезло найти хижину Tamari! Место удивительной красоты, уединения с природой! Очень тихо и спокойно. Домик маленький как и на фото, но очень чистый и уютный. Удобные кровати и подушки👍🏽 закрытая территория, что прекрасно т к мы были с собакой. Домик нашли очень быстро, по точке на Airbnb. Tamari очень отзывчивая хозяйка! Предупредила что на время нашего заезда есть проблемы с wi fi , но для нас это не было проблемой, мобильный интернет отлично ловит! От всей души рекомендуем это место для отдыха 🥰
