Great new house, extremely clean house. Very helpful friendly host and cleaning lady. Place is close to Avanos center and to beautiful river park. You can flying balloons from the balcony. The road to major archeological and geological parks is very convenient. We had a great time at Yagmur's place!

We were so impressed by Tuncer and his mom warm welcome, Mom brought us tea and pastry for breakfast ,so nice of her. everything is accurate as written in the description. clean and spacious apartment, feeling like you were at your own home. Our trip to Erciyes, which lasted 3 days, was extremely enjoyable and comfortable thanks to the thoughtful houses of Mr. Mehmet and his wife. First of all, the welcome was very friendly and delightful, every detail that made the guests at home was thought out. There was even wood prepared especially for the cousin.. The potatoes, mushrooms and of course the kayseri sausage added a high level of pleasure to our holiday.. Our barbecue pleasure in the garden gave us a very nice time in the snowy garden of the house. We had an extremely warm stay thanks to the heating system of the house. The house is very comfortable and there is everything you can think of at home.. We would like to thank Mehmet and his wife very much for this beautiful experience. We would recommend peace of mind to everyone.

The place was beautiful and super nicely decorated. The host was very helpful and greeted us in person. The instructions were detailed and the airbnb was well equipped with cutlery, extra blankets and pillows, etc. We went with our 10 year old daughter, and we all loved it. The apartment has an excellent location and the town around it is lovely and calm with good food. Totally recommend it.

Our overnight stay was quite nice. We were able to ask what we had in mind from the time of our reservation until we entered the house and received a quick response. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedding were quite clean and tidy. The house was really peaceful in a very quiet neighborhood. It's a 5-minute drive to Goreme. You can reach the places to visit by car in 10-15 minutes. The kitchen had the pots, plates, glasses, etc. we needed, even salt and spices. Our only problem was that we had to enter the house with shoes, but it didn't bother us much for one night. Thank you to the host.

Absolutely beautiful place with fantastic hosts. We felt like at home. The hosts always kept in touch (they are living above the apartament), asked if anything else was needed. We communicated via Google Translate, which was absolutely no problem. The hosts helped on the road and sent geolocation. The hosts helped also with the entertainment: they helped organize the air balloon flight, told us what to see in the area. They also treated us with delicious home-cooked food - and we were able to "try" Turkey from its different sides. The apartment itself is large and comfortable: 3 bedrooms, 2 wc and 2 shower places, large kitchen. It has its own entrance. In warm weather, you can set up a table and eat on the balcony. You can park your car next to the house. There is a small grocery store 200 meters from the house. But the greatest joy was truly the care of the owners, where for a moment we became part of their family. Thank you ❤️

Yılmaz's house is in a central location close to everywhere you need to go in Ortahisar, if you have a car, you will not have any problems, I liked the location. He and his wife Fatma are very friendly, warm, helpful people. Thanks to Fatma, she prepared and brought us something to eat and we ate it while it was hot. We sat down, met, chatted with them and they were always trying to give us useful information and advice. Their house is as it appears, nothing is missing, but there is more. The house was cool and nice. We stayed in the week of May 19. The beds, bathroom, kitchen were clean, everything was good. We were able to stay for one day, but you can stay longer. We would like to thank Mr. Yilmaz and his wife Fatma. If we go again, we would like to be their guests.

We came from Izmir with 7 people and we were very comfortable. We stayed on the upper floor of the 2-storey villa, it was large and spacious and it was enough for us. The location of the house is very nice, easy to reach everywhere in Cappadocia. The garden is also suitable for a comfortable barbecue. The host, Mr. Tansel, is very interested and helps with everything. Hygiene and cleanliness were good. We were as comfortable as in our own home during our 2-day Cappadocia holiday, I would recommend it to everyone.
