Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kawasaki

It was very spacious and clean, and it was a pleasant place to stay.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. Demerit is only slightly far from the station.

Mitsuyo is the best host we could have. She is quality, loving, kind, helpful... she picked us up at the train station and then took us with our suitcases, prepared breakfast for us, gave us recommendations on how to get to the tourist places... she took us for a walk to her favorite places... she made our stay amazing. If I go back to Tokyo, I'll definitely go back to Mitsuyo's house. Her kittens are loving, and she always has the house spotless. (Our favorite was GIGI) it has all the comforts, and you are 3 blocks from the bus stop that drops you off at Omiya station, which takes you to everything downtown. Thank you Mitsuyo for your gift with people and for sharing your home with your matcha friends. ♥️ Don't hesitate to go to her home!

I stayed for a full week in this house, and really had nothing to report. It's run by a really nice couple, everything is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house but the windows are soundproofed. I really recommend this place.

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Mr. Kat is really nice!It really added a lot of warmth to my solo trip.🥹🥹 His daughters are really super cute!His house is very clean and very fragrant!The incense he lit smells really good!He'll come down to find me even if I can't find my way!He took the initiative to help me with my luggage to the subway station and we kept chatting!Although there was a language barrier, we talked for 20 minutes using a translator!It's really nice to meet Mr. Kat and his daughters🥹🥹!There is a US naval base in Japan nearby, you can check it out if you are interested!Although it's a bit far from the subway station, it really makes me feel very warm!🥹🥹🥹

Very easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland on the bus!

The place is conveniently close to bus stops and within walking distance to Urayasu Station. Disneyland is one short bus ride away. The space is cute, with charming Disney-themed touches, and it smelled lovely. Surprisingly there was no bidet, but overall we had a fantastic experience.

The room was perfect and really clean. The space had everything needed. The location is near many restaurants and the train station. Lovely minimalistic and very clean place for 1/2 people.

Access to Disneyland was👌 perfect.The bus stop is🚏 also less than a 1-minute walk away. Check-in details were also easy to understand with photos, and I was able to check in right away. Great value👍 This is a recommended place to stay.

Perfect for Disney, because I had the impulse to come to Disney for a second time, but I had to say that Google's map was really bad for people, although the host had informed me that the address was not right, but I really navigated to find out that the other three people, I don't know why the bed the host gave us was 1.2.

Staying at Asama’s place was one of my favorite experiences in Tokyo. She’s not your typical host—Asama is incredibly warm, friendly, and full of life. She sings, dances, and brings such a vibrant energy to the home. We could talk for hours—about travel, life, anything. She’s well-traveled and always curious, which makes every conversation feel like an adventure. Her home is just as lovely as she is. Cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by flowers she’s lovingly grown. You can take a walk around the quiet neighborhood, enjoy the fresh air, and then fall asleep to the sound of birds outside your window. And oh—her cooking! For just 800-1000 yen, she whips up meals that taste like they came straight out of a restaurant kitchen. Seriously, it’s home-cooked magic. You can smoke downstairs if you like, relax, and truly feel at home. I’m already looking forward to going back to book this place. Travelers, this is your home in Japan :)

Madoka and Kuero were great hosts! They make you feel right at home from the moment you step in. They also are amazing chefs and we enjoyed a balanced and delicious breakfast everyday of our stay. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Great location, peaceful neighborhood with great restaurants around the area including Madoka’s and Kuero’s café: MoguMogu. All the rooms are clean and pristine. It was always great to be able to fully relax at their place after all the long walking all over Tokyo every day. Thank you guys! We will miss you and we hope to see you again soon!

Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Absolute jam! Room is so relaxing and comfy, house itself is gorgeous. Everything is so clean and thoughtful, so many little details everywhere (water, tea, fridge for the quests, etc). Kimie is amazing person, always in a good mood, so positive, I didn’t wanna leave. Breakfasts are amazing. Highly recommended

Place was clean and the free breakfast was great

This time, two of us stayed for two nights. I was able to arrive as shown on the map that I had seen beforehand, and there was a convenience store along the way, so I had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. The breakfast we had for two consecutive days was also warm and delicious, and we had a happy time with Motoko's thoughtfulness, such as changing the taste and menu. Thank you very much!

Kimie was a wonderful host. The food was delicious and on Wednesday nights she feeds the children who need a good meal. It was the most friendly environment I've been in. Easy walk to Kamakura town and train station. I will definitely return.
