Thanks for finding "Koedo Minami NOYADO"! We are a new inn that opened in Kawagoe City in April 2024. 5-minute walk from Minamiosaka Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. The tourist destination of Koedo is 14 minutes by car. 22 minutes by train and on foot. Moominvalley Park is about a 30-minute drive away. We renovated a room on the second floor of a commercial building. Why not enjoy sightseeing in Saitama with a private space as your base? This is a private lodging in a convenient location with easy access to major tourist destinations in Saitama Prefecture. * This is a popular accommodation, so if you add it to your favorites, you can easily find it next time. The charm of the location of Koedo Minami NOYADO The first floor of the building is a convenience store, so it is convenient to buy things anytime. It is a 5-minute walk to a large drugstore that handles food ingredients. Delicious udon and ramen shops are a few minutes walk away. There are many restaurants such as conveyor belt sushi and family restaurants within a few minutes by car. Koedo, a tourist destination where you can enjoy the old town, is a 14-minute drive away. Shortest access by train & on foot is 22 minutes. Hanno City, with its abundant nature, Moominvalley Park & Mettsä Village, and Kirari Bettei, Lake Miyazawa Onsen, are about 30 minutes by car.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes walking distance from the station, and the unit was facing an empty land which is good as we did not feel cramped or too close to the neighbors plus it was airy. The room is spacious and cozy, and has every thing you need. I spent a relaxing holiday there. The location is an around 10-minute walk from the train stations. There are supermarkets and convenience stores along the way. The host is very nice and always response timely. He offers pick up and delivery from the station. The accommodation would exceed your expectation.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

It was a very satisfying Tokyo accommodation. I was staying with a family of 4, and it was nice to have a separate room and bathroom, and it was nice to come by Skyliner. It was very clean, and I was worried about the towels since it was 3 nights, but they provided plenty of towels. I want to stay if I come again!!

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, overlooking Tokyo's Sky Tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host was very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.
