The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

House Oleandar is equipped with new and antique furniture, and a unique blend of modern and traditional ways of life. It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay. Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
