The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
