Overall, we felt very comfortable, were always well looked after and the apartment met our expectations. You have to know that in the evening hours one or the other plane also flies to Heraklion. A small supermarket is directly on site and a 2-minute walk away. Otherwise, a quick shopping or eating out by public transport is not so easy without a rental car. By car, everything is no problem in five minutes in a wide selection. The view and the apartment is very good. Swimming on site on foot in five minutes very possible below the apartment. This one was much more generous than expected. Overall, we will be happy to come back.

This villa is beautiful with an amazing pool and breathtaking views.

We felt very good in this environment, beautiful and very peaceful and very quiet. Really great and that's really what we were looking for. On site there is a restaurant, with of course, Cretan specialties, there is a beautiful pool, and plenty of walking. The sea is 20 km away. It takes some time to get there because the road has a lot of turns, but we cross beautiful landscapes with olive fields as far as the eye can see The accommodation is very refined and the decoration is beautiful. In short, we spent five really, really, really nice days.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip with a group of girls and had the most amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful in person – clean, spacious, and full of charm. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging by the pool- he even tried helping us heat the pool bc we got a chilly day so we still had a great time and soaking in the Greek view. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, helping us with everything from local tips to arranging transportation and a private boat trip and massages . It truly felt like a dream getaway – peaceful, private, and full of good vibes LUXURIOUS- 5 STAR Highly recommend for anyone who wants a good trip all the way around- group trip, girls’ getaway, or any special occasion! What a wonderful stay! Antonios was incredibly communicative and greeted us warmly during check-in with fully stocked fridge, raki and a delicious platter of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. The grounds were immaculate, the amenities were exactly as described on the listing. The location is wonderful - multiple small grocery stores located within walking distance, as well as a handful of delicious tavernas and restaurants along the water and in the nearby town. The location was excellent relative to activities on the island - we visited Knossos Palace, Skotino Cave (MAGICAL), Heraklion's Archaeology Museum, Star Beach (for some scuba diving + waterslides with the kids), and an Easter music event in a nearby town. We even rented a dune-buggy for the afternoon from the rental centre right next door. The villa itself had a great outdoor bbq, air conditioning units + smart TVs in every room, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, clothes lines, beach chairs, pool toys, you name it, it's got it!

We were returning visitors, and enjoyed this house just as much as the last one. Everything was beautifully clean and we were very comfortable and well liked after during our stsy

Really cool place with open and airy ambiance, from the views of the port both inside the house and from the huge roof deck, as well as the peaceful private patio. Cool vibe with a great kitchen. And the electric guitar was awesome. We stayed here just 2 nights, and we felt fortunate to have found it. It was the perfect interim stop between two larger segments of our trip. A relaxing place to regroup and do laundry, while enjoying some nice restaurants within walking distance.

Me and my family had a great week at Villa Aires. The house is very special - set on a mountain side with incredible views up and down the valley. The sunsets each evening were perfectly framed by the landscape and some of the most beautiful we have seen. We hired a vehicle for the duration of the holiday and I would say this is essential for a holiday here - the price you pay for the stunning surroundings is that the house is quite remote, only the local village is walkable (charming but just a couple of restaurants and a small shop on offer). A car also gives you the opportunity to explore this area of Crete which has lots to offer with beaches, history, markets, harbours, beautiful towns. As long as you’re happy with the location, this villa is a no brainer. We would stay again without hesitation!

We have just had the most gorgeous family holiday at Villa Belle Helene . It is the perfect villa equipped to the highest standards both inside and out and exceeded all our expectations. Inside is spacious and all the rooms have excellent air conditioning which was very welcome in the heat. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor areas, especially the pool and jacuzzi which were perfect to cool down in the heat and to enjoy. The sheltered area outside the lounge is perfect for eating and BBQs and the raised outdoor seating area with TV provides the opportunity to unwind in an evening. It is 10 mins walk up to Old Hersonnissus which has a lovely square with Tavernas and bars. Hiring a car is worthwhile to explore the island further but not essential as its easy to book taxis. Eleni and her family are absolutely lovely, they could not be more helpful and made us so welcome. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay again if we go back to Crete.

We came with two toddlers and had a fantastic time. Katsouras is calm and peaceful, the shops and services we needed were minutes walk. We made excursions to nearby towns, hills and monasteries. The Villa was built with the highest standards and is stunningly well maintained, as is it’s garden. It is very kid friendly and safe, and really just tasteful in every way. We will be coming back.

We had a very nice stay, the house was so lovely, with everything provided even a cleaning service. Restaurants and beach clubs can be reach by foot (approximately 10 min walk). There is a very nice traditional village near the house with excellent restaurants (approximately 15 min walk). But most of all thank you very much Stefani for everything you were so nice and helpful, really many thanks everything was perfect thanks to you 🙏🏼 ☺️

We had a wonderful time. The villa felt private even though there are two other villas next door. My friends and I loved the pool and how spacious the whole place was. We had stunning views of the nearby sea and town. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The only negative was the water pressure in the upstairs showers. Nota was very accommodating. She offered to clean the apartment during our stay and helped us arrange our hire cars. (From my group's experience, a car is highly recommended as taxis and public transport weren't great). The village, beaches and restaurants in the area were also great. Overall, my friends and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Elena! The house is stunning, incredibly clean and with all the facilities you could need for a large group holiday. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. They assisted with collecting and delivering a food shop for us so it was at the villa upon arrival, were flexible with check-in and check-out and also shared the taxi company and number they work with who were also great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

We had an extremely nice stay at the villa. The pool and views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything Stavros. We will be back!

One of the best stays in airbnb over the years. Perfect place for staying with kids, lots of toys and everything. Our 3 year old son was really enjoyed. Giannis and Mara were really helpful about everything. They booked us transfer from airport for late night arrival and booked us a rental car for the next morning which we picked up at the door of the villa! This was one of the easiest and convenient option. I left my sunglasses at the rental car, they found it and will send me by shipping. Best hosts and best place to stay! Hope to meet you again.

Very friendly host, we accidentally got their key with us and he agreed on us shipping it back. Moreover, we took on our way out a bag of groceries that we thought it was ours and he was extremely kind although it was our mistake. The place is super spacious and with great views, totally recommend it!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect – very quiet, yet ideal for exploring the island. Everything was clean and exactly like in the photos. Communication was flawless, they responded immediately and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Place was great! View and pool were amazing features , the hosts waited for our arrival and checked in on us after the earthquake, accommodations were great! Enough space and a clean space. Would recommend having a car , a little car for walking but with the rental car it made it easy for us and everything is maybe 10 mins away, a lot of good towns to check out, one of our favourites was Agios

Had a wonderful stay here with our 2 year old. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views, especially upstairs. Pool was absolutely lovely. Hosts were really helpful and had great local recommendations.
