Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kavos

Beautiful studio apartment in a lovely location close to fishing village. Well kitted out with washing and cooking facilities. Nicely stocked fridge for our stay. We also experienced the food from the local bakery. There is no pool for the studio apartment (sleeps 3) and if you do want to go on any excursions a car is really needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Δεν ξέρω από που να ξεκινήσω. Αρχικά μόλις φτάσαμε στο νησί ο Ανδρέας μας οδήγησε ο ίδιος στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με πολλά παραπάνω από τα απαραίτητα. Μας παρείχαν εξάδα με εμφιαλωμένα νερά , καινούρια απορρυπαντικά και σφουγγάρι πιάτων , κεράσματα , και κάψουλες espresso. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και φαινόταν με την πρώτη ματιά ότι αυτό το σπίτι φτιάχτηκε με πολύ μεράκι. Επίσης η κίνηση με τα φρεσκοκομμένα λουλούδια στο βάζο του σπιτιού μας συγκίνησε ιδιαίτερα . Η τοποθεσία απίστευτη , μέσα στις ελιές , και με την καλύτερη θέα των παξων μέσα από ένα μονοπάτι. Ειλικρινά δεν βρήκαμε τίποτα αρνητικό και σίγουρα αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί το κατάλυμα αυτό θα είναι ξανά η επιλογή μας. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν.

Great place to stay, the apartment was bigger than expected. We also liked that there were all the necessities in the kitchen ans a washing machine. We especially enjoyed the private terrace with the jacuzzi. One of the sun beds was broken but got immediately replaced. Thank you so much:)

We absolutely loved Irini’s place. Really unique, the pictures do not lie, it is stunning. We love the beach but have never stayed quite so close before, just a few steps away is the Ionian, sandy, warm, just beautiful. Complimentary sun beds, cushions & umbrella on what is almost your own private each, makes you feel incredibly special. The apartment is so comfortable & has everything you could possibly want. The outside space is huge, great for dining, relaxing. Great escape from the sun/heat if needed. Irini & her family could not have been more hospitable, so friendly & kind. The fridge was stocked with so much more than just essentials, so much kindness - in addition the fabulous (blue) supermarket just a few minutes walk away - we could not fault anything. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Exceptionel house and location; inside very cosy ( for colder evenings) and outside beautiful pool, terrace and garden. Everything you need in the kitchen, really a family home. Loutsia is amazing in assisting and easy reachable. We certainly want to come back!

This property is a GEM. 40 mins from the airport. We were blown away with this property. Very high spec throughout, super clean, fabulous crisp linen and towels and all the white goods you could ask for!!! This property is not overlooked. Fully functioning air conditioning. Both rooms have fab modern facilties, very clean shower rooms with some personal touches. The pool area has ample sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas, remote awning for outside table area. There is a barbeque on the property. The property has a view to die for which you can never tire of. The pool is just the best, very clean and lit up at night. There was no real need to go any where else to be truthful!! The host Nataliya was a SUPER host. Answered all our questions super fast and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much. There was a good number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All in all this villa was such a find and we were so please we chose it.

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal bei Katja. Es war wie letztes Mal von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Sie und Ihre Mutter stehen immer für Fragen bereit und sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter da und ein Kinderbett stand schon direkt bereit. Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig gelegen. Ein Balkon für den Sonnenaufgang und einer für den Sonnenuntergang. Alles sehr sauber und ein modernes Bad. Einen Mietwagen sollte man bestenfalls haben, weil die Unterkunft etwas abseits liegt und Busse seltener vorbeifahren. Wenn wir das nächste Mal auf Korfu sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ο Γιάννης είναι ένας εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος και οικοδεσπότης, φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός. Το διαμέρισμά του το ερωτευτήκαμε και από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Η φανταστική θέα και το άκρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα μας επιφύλλασαν μαγικά πρωινά πριν τις εξορμήσεις μας στις παραλίες του νησιού. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και ακόμη πιο όμορφος από τις φωτογραφίες. Ο Γιάννης μας κατατόπισε εξαιρετικά σχετικά με το νησί και τις δραστηριότητες που θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε ενώ εκτιμούμε ιδιαιτέρως την ευελιξία του στην ώρα αναχώρησης. Το ιδανικο σπίτι με θέα στο νησί ☺️ Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα και με μεγάλη χαρά

Small condo with the most beautiful view! Quaint Greek town with wonderful restaurants just a short hike down the hill. Just was very helpful arranging transport. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great apartment to stay in to explore Corfu town. It is a 2 minute walk away from some lovely bars and restaurants and then you are straight into Corfu old town. The apartment itself is a very high standard with excellent facilities including very quiet AC. I would highly recommend!

Es war grossartig! wow! wir sind so begeistert wie schön es bei Alexandros war! alles makellos, super Küche mit allem was man braucht, sauberes Bett, sehr bequem, super ruige Lage und sehr Privat, es war ideal für unsere Flitterwochen und es wurde jeden Tag wenn wir nicht da waren sogar geputzt. Es war wirklich alles perfekt und wir können die Unterkunft auch mit der tollen Lage allen wärmstes empfehlen. Danke für Alles

Merci pour tout. Endroit calme avec peu de logements occupés lors de notre séjour (rassurez-vous il n’y a pas beaucoup de logement). Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Très jolie piscine.

Bij aankomst kregen we een duidelijke en uitgebreide rondleiding van Stathis. Wij hadden geluk dat we reeds in de voormiddag over het huisje konden beschikken en daar waren wij heel blij mee (zeker omdat we vroeg waren opgestaan). Het huisje was heel proper - nette badkamer, keuken , salon en mooie slaapkamer. Mooie tuin en terras. Het was rustig om te slapen. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De wegen zijn wel smal dus je moet wel goed opletten onderweg. Enkele dingen die je zeker moet doen : Kerkira (prachtige winkels) - vliegtuigen spotten in Kanoni - parkeren in Afionas en via een kronkelend stenen padje wandelen naar porto timoni waar twee schitterende strandjes zijn - Benitses - Achillion = Sissi kasteel - Glyfada beach.... Niet twijfelen om te reserveren : gastheer en gastvrouw zijn super vriendelijk en steeds bereid om uitleg te geven over de omgeving. Een echte aanrader.

We had such a lovely and enjoyable stay! Aldo was such a great host. One of our group had to leave early unexpectedly and he booked her a taxi from the Airbnb to the airport. He also booked us a taxi for a visit to Sarandë. Such lovely views and very comfortable stay. Would definitely visit again.

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Super freundliche Gastgeber, die einen jeden Tag versüßen sei es durch selbst gemacht Marmelade oder einen Ausflugstipp. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen und kein Ziel ist zu weit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es jeden Tag frische Handtücher gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und würden es jedem wärmstem empfehlen hier zu übernachten!

A lovely apartment, we loved the private balcony. As other reviews state, you have to wash up in the bathroom sink. But this is a minor inconvenience to stay in such a beautiful place. Anastasia and Alan made us feel very welcome and were always available if we needed anything. Elia restaurant is 2 minutes walk away and we had great food there.

Just as describedThe apartment was the perfect place for a few days in Corfu. Just a few steps from all the restaurants in Old Town, yet still quiet in the evening away from the loud bars. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beds were good and AC worked perfectly. The terrace is an added bonus to wind down at the end of the evening.

We had an excellent 3 week stay at Unique. The location was unbeatable with an easy walk to Corfu Town and a wonderful restaurant, Fishalida Garden, where we ate fabulous grilled fresh fish on 4 occasions. Unique is a great apartment for 2 people max. The terrace is enormous with a million dollar view of the bay and the Old Fortress. We cannot say enough about our host, Marina, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She provided 3 good bottles of wine, a goodie basket as well as a souvenir gift and plenty of liters of water as Corfu has NO potable water. When one of us fell ill, she arranged for an immediate appointment with a local physician and even provided a driver to take us there. One suggestion we have for Americans renting Unique is to get detailed instructions on how to run the washer, dryer and stove as they were difficult and frustrating for us. They were very different than American appliances and written instructions were in Greek.

Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

Such a beautiful place! The view is something else, just undisturbed green valley and mountains, with a sunset to die for! Almost constant sound of cicadas during the day and owls after sunset makes this place magical. Countless butterflies, lizards and buzzard circling the valley every day make no competition for the tv series you've been watching - you're not gonna turn the TV. The studio is just the right size for a couple. Very comfy, super clean, excellent huge bed. The's everything one need for a great stay and when I say everything I mean it. And the hosts, such a lovely family. They took great care of us. Special thank you to Lidsay for explaining everything, answering all our questions, interesting conversations and delicious cake. To us all roads lead to Corfu and we'll be back at your beautiful place for sure.
