the Bose Complex is just a lovely trip back in time. since it's a living antique of a place, there are a few minor inconveniences, but all surmountable. and the charm and ambience are more than worthwhile. the kitchen is extremely well-equipped, while the bathroom is slightly less comfortable due to age and layout (but it's fine). first aid kit came in handy. the grounds are lovely, in a haven of peace amid the chaos. Tara always answered quickly when we had a question, and the groundskeepers were super helpful, even getting us a car to our next destination, which saved us a lot of worry. thanks for everything

The homestay was soo great and very nice the hospitality so good. As a girl i came singly it is so secure and well behavior with guests.Overall, it's a great choice for a budget-friendly and authentic stay.

I would genuinely like to state that mere words are not sufficient enough to describe the beauty that is present all around in this property. The nature all around; beautiful trees, singing birds, pesky insects, colourful butterflies the smell of fresh mud - it encapsulates everything that one requires in having a true "getaway experience". I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tara's property in Tnmalai. The caretaker was very genuine and helpful, respectful and assisted whenever called upon. There is as much privacy as you require and when you don't, you can sit in with the trees and breeze and enjoy yourself to the tunes of nature's disarray. I enjoyed everything about the stay, no qualms whatsoever. I hope everyone of you reading this gets a chance to experience staying here atleast once. All thanks to the host, Tara, once again. We had a wonderful stay. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the home truly made it feel special. Every need was promptly attended to, whether it was an extra blanket or fresh towels, ensuring our comfort throughout. The thoughtful attention to detail made the experience wholesome and memorable. The only feedback we have is that having an additional functional bathroom would add even more to the overall comfort.

The homestay is conveniently located near Auroville, offering peaceful surroundings and a very welcoming host. All the popular Auroville cafes are within walking distance, and Serenity Beach is just 3 km away. We stayed for five days and felt right at home with all the necessary facilities. It’s recommended to have a rental vehicle or your own transport for easier commuting from this location.

If you are looking for a peaceful and calm stay in Ooty, this is the spot to go. The service and cleanliness of the rooms were good. If you're coming from Ooty city, take the Lovedale station road to get here. Breakfast can be enhanced by adding more options.

Shettu's place is great - perfectly clean, very pretty and had all I needed inside. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. In the morning he offered me a delicious South Indian breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough. The town itself is definetely worth a visit, it is a true South Indian town.

I stayed at KuMo Lite in Ooty and had a wonderful time. The room is small, cozy, and a bit tucked away from the others, which made it feel really peaceful. It has a beautiful view right outside the door and window—such a nice way to start the day. The property is surrounded by trees, flowers, and even a small tea plantation. There are benches around where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the quiet. The terrace has a bench with stunning views of the hills, and there’s a lovely common area to hang out with your group. The caretakers were so kind and made amazing breakfasts. Overall, a super relaxing and refreshing stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful spot in Ooty!

Wonderful stay with my family and beautiful scenery surroundings. Great place place to spend quality private time in Kotagiri. The home cooked food was delicious and must try pallipalayam chicken & fish curry. Host and manager very helpful during my stays.

This place is located at a beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The hospitality from the host was excellent.

Everything was extremely good, the place is good, just the food is a problem if it rains, and the housekeeping staff can do better, we had to ask milk, cups multiple times. That's the only thing, otherwise the place is really beautiful cozy and clean. It has a fireplace too, it's chargeable but worth it .

A lovely quaint bungalow nestled in the heart of the forest. Perfect for big group getaways and ideal for a long ride. The place has ten bunkers beds and a ton of space on the 1st floor and is clean and well kept. Two nice boys who you'd barely see cook some hot authentic Mallu food and take care there is nothing left to want with some good fish and chicken served piping hot. They even arranged extra meat for us on request at a very minimal cost. We were 14 of us and Doctor gladly gave us the ground floor too so we would be more comfortable and refused to charge us extra even when we asked him a couple of times if we need to pay extra and that thoughtfulness is a rarity nowadays where everyone looks for a bargain. Found this as a perfect match for our requirement. Very well maintained house, staffs are extremely courteous and treat you not just as a guest but like family member. I would really appreciate Rameshwar sir for being the sweetest host one can meet. Everyone here was extremely friendly. Very well maintained pool. Jazzy the super sweet dog made our day. Parking was also available. The path to reach the stay might be little narrow for cars and directions might be confusing but totally worth once you enter the location. Totally had one of the best times and came back with good memories.

Approximately 30kms from Ooty, 20 kms from Coonoor and 2kms from Kotagiri. This place is on the main road itself with a few views of the tea estates. The caretaker Subeer showed really good hospitality. The place as well as the food menu is a little expensive but totally worth it after you experience it. Nisha is a good host and addresses all your queries.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Sripad’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Sripad is a warm and thoughtful host who made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out. If I have the chance to return to Mysore, I would be very happy to stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.
