Peaceful little village 11 km from the town of Kautokeino. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a 150 cm wide bed and 1 room with a 75 cm wide bed. The beds are made. There is also a living room and a kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is floor heating in the bathroom. Internet and TV. We are 3 adults living upstairs in the main apartment. There is a road with good standards to the village. Here you will find several marked trails that are nice to walk on in the summer. In winter, there are good skiing conditions.

The house is located nearby lake Lahpojavri and the river Lahpojohka. Widely known to be one of the best lakes and rivers to fish trout in Norway. There are marked snowmobile tracks outside the doorstep. In the winter chances of seeing the Aurora Borealis are high and there are almost none other disturbing lights closeby.

Cozy basement with its own entrance

The apartment is located in the basement of the house and we live upstairs. We are a family with children and normal everyday sounds are heard between the floors. The house is older and responsive, which means that even noise from toilet flushing is heard. If you are sound sensitive, we recommend another property. Shower and toilet are functional but not yet renovated. Upon flushing, a smaller amount of water can run back and down the side of the toilet.

Welcome to our simple and comfy cabin. The cabin is fully equipped with necessities, running water, shower, washing machine and kitchen utilities. One bed and a couch in the living room that can be slept on. Bed sheets and two towels are included. Fireplace can be left open if the grate on the back is used. Our cabin is located near some fields not far from the town centre, close to fishing areas with the possibility to rent a snowmobile or bike.
