Our guys had fabulous stay in the apartment. Apartment is well equipped, clean and cozy. Great for short as well as longer stays. We recommend Marius as a host, he grant us all necessary details regarding his property. I hope we will be able to visit Marius once again!

Great affordable little home for couples or a single person looking for a small, cozy, place to stay, that’s fitted with almost everything you could need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The kitchen area is practical and designed to accommodate 1-2 people. The living room is very cozy. The bathroom was basic, but didn’t lack anything. The bedroom is also very comforting, the bed is plenty big. Everything about this little home feels very warm and cozy, like your own little corner of the world. Very neat, clutter-free place, highly recommend

The suite itself was astonishing and comfortable ,felt like I was at home ,with all of the give free and breathable space which housed very comfortable furniture and with an easily accessible kitchen . I am glad I spent the night and I highly recommend this place who want something nice and quiet in the middle of the city centre.

Great apartment in really nice location. There was absolutely nothing I was missing during my 13 nights stay. Robertas was always responsive and helpful. I was staying here after the surgery, so despite apartment being on the first floor, lift was definitely useful. Shops nearby - IKI is just 7 mins walk away, great product selection and feels more local than supermarkets. I recommend using Bolt for commuting, very cheap and drivers were always available. Building is secure and very clean. Good internet connection and Netflix in apartment if that’s important to you.

If you want a peaceful place with the best view in the city, this is for you. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, the neighbors very respectful and quiet. I stayed for more than 2 months, end of autumn and a few weeks of winter, so it's well equipped for long stays. There are many supermarkets nearby, and the mall, Akropolis, is a 20 minute walk. My favorite part was looking at river Nemunas a few meters away from the balcony, and all the different birds like swans, ducks, and even woodpeckers. Mikalojus is an amazing host, very kind and helpful with tips about the city, and places to travel in the country. I will be very happy to stay in this apartment again when I return. Thank you very much Mikalojus!

the accommodation is new, very comfortable, a nice balcony, in the kitchen we did not find salt, oil or sugar but right in front there is a supermarket open until 10 pm, the parking is not private but in general I always parked in front I also recommend it for long periods of time. I stayed for 18 days and I had a great time.

Great location, close to the city centre. The living room is a little bit dark, however the house is warm, spacious and has all amenities that you need for the stay.

A wonderful stay for environment lovers! The location is amazing - 20 min from Kunas centre by car and such a peaceful place! There lives a dog an a cat, both very welcoming and friendly. Inside is acoustic but the view and furniture makes up for it :) I would 100% recommend to those who like nature!

Had a very nice weekend in this soviet-era time machine and the peaceful environment was perfect for getting some work done on the lovely terrace.

It was a nice apartment in the new complex, right in the center of the city. Everything is within walking distance. There is a big public park next to it, and there is a nice courtyard with two children's playgrounds. The apartment is nice and modern, and everything you need is there. The only improvements we would have wished for were the shower curtain in the bathroom and curtains in the bedroom roof windows. In the summer when days are long, you get bright light in at 5AM, which is maybe not ideal. But we would certainly return to this place.
