Loistava sijainti suoraan ratikan päätepysäkin vieressä (200m). Talo on valmistunut kesäkuussa 2022. Lähellä on mahtavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Pysäköinti on ilmaista illasta aamuun arkisin klo 18-8 välisenä aikana, ja sunnuntaina koko päivän. Muina aikoina vyöhyke 2 parkkimaksu (2e/t).

Everything you need nearby, including shopping center Veska, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. Downtown Tampere about 6 km, airport about 11 km, Exhibition and Sports Centre I walk in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5km, Härmälänranta approx. 1km. Note! The apartment is located in Toivonkuja. Map view different, can't change it anymore.

Hello, My daughter and I live in this 100+ year old log house and we have just renovated the downstairs into an Airbnb apartment. The apartment is separate from the rest of the premises and has its own entrance, so you can come and go in peace. Of course, we will help you if you have any questions. You can also do laundry here. The area has free parking and a short distance to the city center. (about 1.5 km to Nokia Arena) We’re thrilled you’re interested!😊

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
