Harry is a wonderful host, personable and responsive. The property was very well maintained and was in a corner away from the din. The neighborhood itself felt busy with trash cans on the streets for the entire time we were there, unruly drivers etc but it was quiet and peaceful after dark, so didn’t have a problem with this. Harry’s attention to detail and empathy for the guests were truly commendable. Wonderful host, A+ property- gladly recommend.

Desiree was excellent to communicate with. The place was very clean and had a lot of “extras”.

We had a great experience staying here for a wedding at The Springs Katy. Nicky situated, safe and quiet place. Everything was as expected and it was very clean. They even let us check in early when we requested it, which was very nice for getting ready for the rehearsal dinner.

I’d highly recommend staying here. Everything is exactly as described. The bed is comfortable and place was clean. It was safe, quiet, and private. It will be the first place I look to for availability when traveling to the Houston area.

We were here for an equestrian event. House is cozy, no decorations but the place is very clean and quiet. Felt comfortable and safe. Great for dogs. Host was easy to communicate with.

Grey place is a very nice, newly remodeled home at a great rate. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place and reserve it again no doubt!

I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

One of my favorite Airbnb bookings!!! Super clean, safe, and well-equipped space. The hosts actually went far and beyond in providing necessities for my stay. Pamela & Tim are also highly responsive, thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend staying in this lovely space with these amazing hosts.

this place was amazing. Beautiful view of the water from the backyard. Beautiful home. very quiet and peaceful. Richida was very responsive and welcoming. gave clear instructions and have a home that is stunning and well prepared. would stay there again when im in the area.

Great little house to stay at, just outside of Houston and so worth it. Nice quiet neighborhood in a good area. The place was clean and looked like the pictures, brand new house too. The fenced yard was great for my pup to roam freely, Roland also left two bowls and puppy pads in case they were needed. Roland responded quickly and was always polite. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Khanh and Ha’s. We were worried it would be raining during our stay, but the weather cleared up and we were able to enjoy the pool which was perfect size and depth for us. We picked this place in Katy based off what we knew was safe in the area, however it is a bit of a drive to downtown Houston for activities. Khan and Ha were very responsive even when we had questions in the middle of the night. We had a great quick stay. Thank you Khanh and Ha!

Nice spot in a nice area with a nice gym. Great for work trips! I’ll be staying here again whenever I need to come back for work, and I’ll recommend to my colleagues. Susie is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The stay was lovely. Very nice apartment and the location was perfect. Tons of places to eat.

Our two week stay at this place turned out wonderful. The fact than stood out the most is the location, the house was close literally to every major area, 3 minutes to Walmart, 5 minutes to the mall, easy access to both major highways in the city. Neighborhood was so clean, nice and safe. The house itself had every basic necessity, turned out to be way bigger than we expected, all appliances worked perfectly. Minh was extremely helpful, welcoming and very quick in communicating. Definitely recommend this place for families or large groups, for short or for long periods. Loved the place.

This place is awesome and clean and very spacious. The host was great and very accommodating. This place had everything we needed away from home.
