Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA / Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Welkom in Tinny house “Sunny Coast” . Het zomerhuisje is geschikt voor 3 gasten en staat achter onze tuin met eigen opgang. Het zomerhuisje ligt midden in een rustige woonwijk, in het "oude" gedeelte van Katwijk. Als je de straat uitloopt hoor en zie je al meteen de zee en het strand (300m) liggen met gezellige strandtenten. Ook het centrum is op loopafstand met leuke winkels, restaurants en supermarkten.

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.
