Vacation rentals with a pool in Kato Paphos

We were absolutely delighted with this villa. Everything is very new, very clean, an incredible large pool, a very large amount of dishes: many glasses, beautiful plates. Everything is thought out here for your comfortable stay. There is also everything you need for a grill, the grill is clear and easy to use. We were on holiday in a company of 6 people, and everyone had the opportunity to retire to this villa, as it is very large. An incredible view opens from the terrace. Very quiet and calm. The owner gave all the necessary instructions for living in the villa in advance. The transfer of keys was contactless, clear and convenient. Highly recommended!

Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

We enjoyed our stay at this new villa with spectacular views. Communication with the host @Nomadsproperties was excellent. We did manage to find it with the map pin as the road is as yet unnamed. The property is spotlessly clean, contemporary and has all the equipment you need. It is quiet and peaceful and a short drive to Coral Bay. You definitely need a car as it is a little remote, but thats part of its charm. Thank you Nomads

Mooi authentiek huis dat voorzien is van alle gemakken, gelegen aan de rand van een klein rustig dorpje. Volop privacy en zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cyprus. The location was perfect, and the view from the patio was absolutely stunning, one of those places where you genuinely enjoy just sitting and soaking it all in. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Koula, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, she was kind, attentive, and truly made the stay feel special. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice, local touch to the trip. We had some genuinely great interactions with them. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

Bardzo nam się podobał pobyt w tym miejscu. Apartament nie był duży, ale dla 2 osób w zupełności wystarczający. Lokalizacja była świetna, cicho i spokojnie, ale jednocześnie wszędzie blisko - do kilku różnych plaż, restauracji i supermarketu. Widok z balkonu na morze. Kontakt z gospodarzem bez zarzutu. Bezpłatny parking na miejscu, klimatyzacja, mały basen w kompleksie. Apartament, był wystarczająco wyposażony na tygodniowy pobyt, być może warto by było zwiększyć ilość naczyń do gotowania. Największym minusem tego mieszkania jest lodówka. Jest ona zbyt mała na przechowywanie jedzenia, zapewne w pokoju hotelowym, gdzie jest pobyt z wyżywieniem byłaby przydatna na przechowanie kilku piw, ale niestety nie do apartamentu z aneksem kuchennym. Poza tym wszystko było super, polecamy gorąco.

I highly recommend it to everyone, it felt like being at home. The place is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is there. It's great that you can check in so flexibly and independently. The place was clean and well equipped. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Ein wundervolles kleines Appartement. Abseits des Trubel ,aber dennoch alles gut zu erreichen. Das Meer war auch zum schwimmen erreichbar. Der Ausblick jeden Morgen hat der Seele gutgetan. Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt und uns gut erholt. Glenis und Jane vor Ort waren sehr gute Gastgeberinnen . Danke für alles!!!! Kevin is a great host, met me at the venue and took me to the apartment. Private parking for the apartment is available and undercover which is needed in the summer periods The apartment is clean, fresh, modern and ideally situated within walking distance to shops and the beach. The outside area is open but still feels private and both the living room and the bedrooms open up to the outside area, there is a communal pool that is also very well maintained. The apartment is an home from home with all the amenities, the complex where the apartment is situated is very safe and secure. Would definitely be looking to rebook later in the year *****

We had a lovely time during our stay. Our host could not have been more attentive and helpful during the whole stay. The airbnb was just what we needed for our week stay, equipped with all the essential and extra like beach gear, cards, cool bags etc. the garden/court yard area was perfect - super private space that felt individual from the others. We had an amazing time, thank you so much. Really made our holiday special.

Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und waren fast die einzigen Gäste in dem Wohnblock. Das war sehr angenehm. Wir konnten die wunderschöne große Terrasse ungezwungen nutzen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung hatte einen sehr guten Standard. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Sogar eine Box mit super Stromsteckeradaptern ist vorhanden. Es gibt in dem Block eine offene Tiefgarage mit einigen Stellplätzen, die den Gästen frei zur Verfügung stehen. Die Vermieterin wohnt in der Nähe und ist schnell vor Ort, falls was sein sollte. Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen!
