House vacation rentals in Kato Alepochori

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Villa for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the amazing atmosphere. Highlights were the pool, sauna and the kitchen with a view of the pool and garden. We did yoga every morning in the garden (great that two mats were provided!) and had fun with the friendly neighbour and two adorable dogs. The owners and neighbour were incredibly kind, offering great recommendations and advice. The warmhearted atmosphere truly reflects my impression of Greece (my first visit, but definitely not the last)! Loutraki is lovely, with everything you need nearby, and we also enjoyed a night at the casino just 5 minutes from the villa. I’d love to come back! Thank you!

Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well-equipped, everything is designed to make us feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where shops are open with very long hours. In short, an address to remember.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the cottage with Mick and Lena and their nice pets. It is a beautiful cottage with a nice swimming pool which was maintained daily. Lena and Mick are hospitable and very helpful. The cottage is within walking distance of a cozy village with multiple restaurants, bakery, supermarket, butcher and mini-markets. The beach of Drepano is also very nice.

Lydia’s place is in a spectacular setting and was set up with everything we needed and a lovely selection of welcome food. I arrived with a broken ankle and I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place to hole up with a book and view. Lydia is one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across. Incredibly responsive and super kind. Thank you so much.

A house in a quiet location, matches the description and photos. The pool was fantastic. There was a "welcome basket" with homemade products. The hosts are very friendly and respond very quickly. Athens is only 1 hour away, and other attractions are easily accessible. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is like the pics and description, and felt bigger than we expected - very spacious for just two. The pool is fabulous, and with the retracting roof you can always have a bit of shade. Very easy to get into central Athens on the local tube. The perfect location to sightsee in the main city, but also be able to relax by the pool at the hottest points of the day. Also only a 10-15 min Uber to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this rental if you’re visiting the area!

We have been to many air bnbs around Europe but Marie-Mai’s home was by far the most spectacular! The views are unbelievably beautiful throughout the day and the house is built so that one can fully enjoy the splendour of the Peloponnesus. The pool is lovely and the new decking makes it really safe ( not slippery) and nice to walk on even with bare feet. We enjoyed feeding the cats who are very independent and not at all a bother, they stay outside and greet you when you arrive but do not interfere in any other way. Marie-Mai was super helpful, even though despite very clear instructions, we got lost on arrival ( it is very easy to find the way to the house from the Port of Aegina, you literally just follow the beautiful coastal road). The Island is quiet but there are a lot of good friendly places to eat and have cocktails. The house is situated in a peaceful cup de sac and it is lovely to hear the sea and the birds all day. We highly recommend this host and we would love to come back

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Small slice of paradise, indeed. And though it's a 10-min drive from the port area (maybe less), it's quite easy to call a taxi to go there.

A large, convenient, well appointed space. Hosts of incomparable kindness and very helpful! They did everything to make the accommodation available on the requested date, they were accommodating and very welcoming! A home with lots of inclusions: emptying bags, toilet paper, soap, bedding and towels in quantity, some kitchen products, in short very convenient and appreciated! Reserved parking and a very large balcony! A big favorite for this home! It's set back from town, beach, and shops, so it requires a car to get around! I would definitely recommend this home!

Very good stay in the typical house of Nathanaël and Panagiota, ideally located between sea and mountain, in a quiet and relaxing setting. The house is perfectly equipped, there is everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Hosts are very responsive, available and attentive, responding quickly to any questions. We had a great time on the beautiful island of Aegina. Thanks again!

Michael’s place in Koukaki was one of the best Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Excellent location, beautifully designed, comfortable, and excellent shower pressure 😂 I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay while in Athens

Wonderful location very close to at the Mouseion hill adjacent to the Acropolis. The location is on a back street within a convenient walk to some good restaurants. The interior was immaculate, roomy and well furnished. The only drawback was even though the apartment is on a quiet street, there isn’t any insulation from the bedrooms and any noise from the outside. Otherwise a perfect location and excellent host.

If you wish to be in the heart of Aegina's capital, this is the place to be! This traditional flat from wood and stone is located at the picturesque centre of the city, just a few meters from the seaside promenade and walking distance from all the restaurants, cafés and shops! Although the flat is located in the middle of the old town and all restaurants and places are really next to it, noise is not a problem since the sound insulation windows are really efficient. The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 normal bedroom with a bathroom located next to it) and an open space kitchen and sitting room. All the rooms are A/C equipped. The flat is ideal for a group of friends, totalling 3 or 4 people. It goes without saying that one will need to rent a car in order to discover the island's turquoise beaches and to explore Athena's temple. This is a very rare find, indeed!

The place was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from the main port area. We had only booked a few days before heading to Athens, but once we arrived on the island and experienced Aegina, we wished we had planned to stay longer. We were absolutely delighted with our stay.

Gorgeous place— peaceful with stunning views! We were greeted us at the port upon arrival… Greek philoxenia at its best. If you are looking for a peaceful place, just minutes from the beach, I highly recommend Mara’s amazing apartment— you will be in heaven!

Wonderful location and beautiful place! Quiet and relaxing. The house is very well equipped and clean. We had coffee and food so we didn't have to run to the store as soon as we arrived. There are games for the kids and one. Very nice board to put in the water to discover the sea. This place is just beautiful and very well maintained. We will come back! We enjoyed our stay at Rougets. Ideal location for us, about a 7-10 min walk to the port with many ways to explore town on the way. The terrace had wonderful views across the bay, which we used everyday. The courtyard was lovely to be in when needing to be out of the sun. Inside is incredibly clean and a very restful space to be in. Bathroom and Kitchen are small and functional. Allowing us to have a comfortable stay for 5 days. We loved the ‘laid back’ style of Rougets and would recommend to anyone. David was a great host, warm and friendly on arrival and quick to respond to any message, as well as providing recommendations.
