Vacation rentals with beach access in Kato Agios Markos

We were positively surprised by this place!🤩 The amenities and description were not only as advertised, but better. There was also free detergent, coffee powder or e.g. garbage bags. The environment was good. You are super connected and can either stay in the village, or take the bus to the nearest place. The place was very quiet, super tidy and very nice and cozy. The bathroom and the kitchen were impeccable. Fresh towels were also brought to us within our stay. Overall, the place gave us everything we needed and the value for money was mega! The perfect place to stay for a partner vacation:) If we were to come back to Corfu, we would definitely choose the Air-Bnb again!!🌞

The apartment is beautiful, great view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

We had a very nice stay in Corfu. The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and had no shortcomings. The beach is within walking distance and supermarkets and restaurants were also in the area. Check-in was also straightforward. In addition, the contact with Miranda was very quick, helpful and friendly. You're welcome to come back !

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well appointed, and the view can’t be beat. We used the shared rooftop space frequently, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It’s a hike to and from the below beach area, but once you get there, it’s a perfect swimming spot. Complimentary cleaning was offered twice a week, so the place was always spotless. The parking area has a bit of an incline, so be cautious of your bumper.

We had a lovely stay at Leo’s place. He was really nice and accommodating – we were running late from the airport and he worked around our schedule so we could pick up the keys without any stress, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, with towels and extra bedding provided. The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet at night, so we all slept well. The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset – I could have sat there for hours just looking out. The kitchen had the basics, but could do with a bit more equipment if you’re planning to cook more than just simple meals. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us. The location was ideal – we were three girls and it was less than a 10-minute walk into the main part of town, which felt really convenient. We also hired a car, and having a parking space included with the apartment was really handy. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Klara is a very attentive host and above all very responsive when it comes to hosting her tenants. I highly recommend Klara's place which is superb for a dream stay!

I can highly recommend staying there. The view from the apartment is amazing, everything as described and very spacious. The host is extremely responsive and gave clear instructions for parking the car and accessing the apartment. The walk to the beach is short even though via some steep stairs. Note that on Friday and Saturday night we could hear the music of a club which was rather inconvenient.

Amazing location, wonderful house, very clear communication with Aimonas and Olga. Overall an amazing stay! However, just a few minor notes: - the water tank on the balcony is quite noisy (although it’s the only way to always have water in the house, so it’s a good enough trade off) - there’s a quiet hours law (23:00 - 7:00) and the neighbors will immediately complain whenever people are talking on the balcony, even with an incredibly low voice, but Aimonas and Olga are very understanding about this matter. Once again, wonderful house and amazing stay! Honorable mention to Mavros, the spotted cat who lives in the area!

We stayed at Theo’s place with my parents, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment had a beautiful sea view—we could sit on the terrace and enjoy our morning coffee or evening chats. It had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest beach, Barbati. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues, as the area is quite hilly. The beach has pebbles, so it’s very clean. There’s also a bus stop about 5 minutes away, which takes you to Corfu town, and with just one transfer, you can reach the airport. The apartment was clean, and the hosts came midway through our stay to bring fresh towels. We were also welcomed with a bowl of fruit, which was a lovely touch. What was surprising is that the place doesn’t have a house number but you’ll get a hyperlink which is accurate though. I definitely think the place is worth the money, and we would happily stay there again.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

A charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Victoria and Tim were attentive hosts, ensuring that we had everything we required. It is truly a special place. The fragrance of jasmine in the air made relaxing on the terrace particularly memorable as you watch ships sail by.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

I loved this house! We had to move out of a previously booked airbnb and Dimitrios accommodated us last minute. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's close to some fantastic restaurants and a large supermarket. When we had questions, communication was super quick. I enjoyed my stay there and appreciate the hospitality.

We loved our time at this villa. The host was very helpful and had a concierge available to assist as well. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The location is perfect, just off the main road so it’s an easy drive to Corfu and other little towns. The restaurant next store, is good if you want a close spot for dinner or a drink. There is a water taxi that can be arranged from the dock at the restaurant as well.

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

We had a wonderful time at the Kohyli Apartment! The place was exactly as described and the location right on the beach is just a dream. The location is quiet and the place invites you to relax. There are small shops, cafes and restaurants with sea views in the vicinity. Marina and her mother are very nice and attentive - we felt comfortable! Marina responds very quickly and was available to us at any time. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect. Thanks again for everything 💛 We would come back!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! The place is great, equipped with everything we needed, the coffee was a life saver 😊 It's minutes on foot to the old town, we have enjoyed it very much! thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility! and for the wonderful tips to get around the city😊

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

Worth every penny and so reasonably priced. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location. The hosts were kind and responsive. My favorite Air BnB I’ve stayed at during my whole month of travel!

The property is well-located and offers good access to old town, restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean and matches the description provided in the listing. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom persisted for a few days, which made it difficult to use the facilities. While the issue was eventually resolved with the help of the host’s parents, the situation was uncomfortable for a portion of my stay. The communication with the hostess was responsive, but at times I felt the tone could have been more understanding. Overall, the stay had both positive aspects and areas that could be improved.

First time visiting Corfu town, but won’t be the last, we fell in love with the place. The apartment was in a brilliant spot, but worth mentioning taxis won’t drop you at the door, so a 5 minute walk uphill with cases is required. Hiring a car would be difficult (parking). But as we are fit and everything was within a few minutes walk, this wasn’t a problem. Avgi and Theodore were very helpful. Great stay, would definitely recommend!
